Out of the four tasks required to make this a full region, Kerum had completed one. While he was busy with that, Aurelia was teaching the others, but at the same time, Lucan and Virnda were working on giving the Saint's Region a unique identity, power system, and mythology.
The Evil Magician and Saint's Power were the two unique powers of this region. Of course, in the millions of regions, there might be some powers similar to them, but the names wouldn't be the same, and even if the names were similar, it wouldn't make a difference.
The reason was that the mythology they created was unique in every aspect.
