In the vast, sprawling Endless World, there were countless continents, but Maris and her friends only knew of two: Zero Continent and Infinite Continent. They weren't even sure what was going on in Infinite Continent—it was more of a rumor than a reality. Zero Continent, on the other hand, was their stomping ground, and, it was complicated.
Zero Continent had 72 fully established Regions—basically the big leagues where the elite lived—and millions of Semi-Regions, which were like amateur leagues trying to level up. Among these, the Saint's Region was a Semi-Region, and Maris and her crew had one ambitious goal: turn their Semi-Region into a fully recognized Region.
To graduate to Region status, they had to check off four major tasks:
1. Unite the Saint's Region under one banner (because chaos isn't cute).
2. Get recognition from the big-name Regions (fancy approval stamps required).
