Alan spewed a mouthful of smoke, wearing a smug and disgusting smile. "You don't need to worry about it. I've naturally arranged for a trustworthy individual to care for her. I refuse to let anything happen to her. When I feel safe enough, I will let her go. Do not worry. I am not going to keep someone else's daughter imprisoned for the rest of my life. If she marries me one day, I'll have to call you father-in-law! That would be a tremendous loss for me! I won't accept that."
Ethan's eyes were immediately filled with homicidal intent. His aura is now surging, but he is trying not to kill the person in front of him.

"When do you believe you are safe? How can you confirm this?" Ethan asked coldly.
"I'll naturally have to wait until all your subordinates disperse and your underlings die!" Alan smirked arrogantly. "Do not worry. I will retaliate against you with all of my force and destroy you! You cannot retaliate against me as long as your daughter is in my custody. When I finish my agenda, I will naturally release her. Alan openly shared his plan to deal with Ethan because he was confident that Ethan adored his daughter. Even if Ethan knew he intended to kill him, there was nothing he could do.

Ethan's statements appeared harsh, but he helplessly agreed to Alan's terms.
Alan was naturally arrogant and chuckled. "Of course!" She is my lifesaving trump card. Of course, I'd treat her nicely. After I have trampled you under my feet, I will naturally allow you two to reconnect. Maybe on the next life. Hahahaha!"
Alan chuckled loudly as he walked away, a triumphant smile on his face.
Ethan and Dylan have never faced such opposition before. Dylan was incensed by Alan's attitude and yelled, "Ethan, that slime is using Sophia as a hostage to go against you. You cannot believe his words at all!"
Ethan gave a big sigh. "What can I do? Sophia was in his hands, so I could not touch him. It was a Herculean task to discover Sophia! We could only obey him for now. "I hope he keeps his promise!"
