As Shiro's voice faded, flowers bloomed on the surface of a submarine in the sea. A beautiful figure emerged from the sea of flowers, holding a peculiar "object" in her hand—it appeared to be a person in strange clothing.
"Nicole Robin, the Devil's Child?"
Seeing the figure, Admiral Kizaru's expression tightened but then quickly relaxed. But when he saw the "object" Robin was dragging, his expression instantly changed! It was a Celestial Dragon!?
Kizaru was visibly shaken. How could it be a Celestial Dragon? Another Celestial Dragon had fallen into Shiro's hands!?

"It's simple: release my partner, and I'll give you this Celestial Dragon. That way, you'll not only avoid punishment but also earn a reward. How about it? I'm treating you well, right?" Shiro spoke in a gentle tone, but the smirk on his face hinted that it was far from being as simple as he made it sound.
"It's that simple? I don't believe it, you're a scary kid!" Kizaru said cautiously. He couldn't fathom Shiro's intentions anymore. But he knew one thing for sure: it wouldn't be straightforward.
After all, this brat Shiro was the kind of ruthless guy who once beheaded a Celestial Dragon! That heinous act was one of the main reasons why the World Government despised Shiro!
"Of course, it's not that simple!" Shiro chuckled. He grabbed the Celestial Dragon from Robin, tossed him to the ground, and stepped on him. The Celestial Dragon, dressed in a space suit-like outfit, was stained with blood.
"In order to show my respect for the World Government and the world's noble Celestial Dragons, I've prepared this esteemed Celestial Dragon. Make sure to tell the World Government for me, no need for thanks!"
