Chapter 1 - Chapter 1-

The Void

Within it resided a colossal dragon, a being of immense size and breathtaking beauty. Its body shimmered with a crystalline blue hue, and its golden eyes shone like stars.

This dragon found himself gazing upon a magnificent white dragon composed of ghostly nebulae. The white dragon was asleep, smaller in size than the enormous blue one, yet still immensely grand.

The white dragon suddenly opened its eyes, confusion swirling within them. It looked at the enormous blue dragon before it.

"Mm, you woke up, little one. That's good." The white dragon was momentarily stunned by the voice but quickly composed himself.

"Excuse me, are you… are you a dragon, or am I delusional?"

—HA, HA, HA, I am little, my name is Veldanava. Tell me what your name is?—

The white dragon was stunned by his claim of being a dragon, meaning his delusions were not delusions. "I don't have a name… or at least not anymore." Veldanava was intrigued but decided to leave it for later.

"Since you don't have a name, let me give you one." After a few seconds, he found a name. "Well, from now on, you will be called Velzarion."

The moment Veldanava named the white dragon Velzarion, he felt the name engraved deep within his being. Smiling, he thanked Veldanava. "Thank you, Veldanava. I like it."

Veldanava smiled in agreement and asked a question that had been on his mind. "Tell me, Velzarion, how did you get here? It is impossible for a being to be reborn in the void."

—I don't remember much. I remember dying of old age. I moved away from the city at age 40 to retire and lived in the mountains alone with a farm and a dog as a companion—. Velzarion remained silent for a few moments.

"I never had a wife or children. My parents died a long time ago. I only had myself and nothing else. Then I only remember dying from asphyxiation because I suffered from asthma."

Veldanava found his past somewhat sad, but he didn't understand those human feelings. At least, he would try.

"The important thing is that now you can continue living, from scratch. And maybe one day you can find your loved ones in the world."

Velzarion smiled at Veldanava's words and nodded.

"That's right. Something tells me that I will be able to do it one day. But for now, I need to know what to do. Plus, I feel a connection with you, like something familiar."

Veldanava smiled at the last part. "That's because we are brothers, even if it's not by blood, we are of the same race. That connection is the proof."

—Wow, am I a dragon like you? But why don't I feel my body?—

Veldanava nodded and explained. —True dragons embody fundamental concepts of existence. They are immortal because even if the soul is destroyed, they will be reborn in another place, although with memory loss—. Waiting for him to absorb his words, Veldanava continued.

"As for why you don't feel your body, it's because you don't have one. It's disconcerting that your being is abstract, but I know that you embody the concept of dreams. Although I feel something else inside you… but I don't know what it is."

Velzarion was stunned by the last part. Even Veldanava was thoughtful at this, but after a moment, he composed himself.

"But in the future, we will know. Because you embody the dream concept, your true body changes depending on the perspective. But if you want to create a body, then just think about it."

Velzarion was taken aback. —Just think about it?—. To which Veldanava nodded.

"Okay, just think about it…" And with his thought, the body that used to be pure nebula began to change, growing bones and flesh in an instant.

Pristine white scales formed, a head emerged from the immense body with two black and white horns and golden eyes with a vortex in the center, similar to nebulae.

Velzarion wanted to see himself in his new body and immediately a large mirror appeared, giving him a view of the immense body. It looked beautiful, white with a black chest, with four legs and two wings on the sides. His eyes, with their swirling vortex, were truly shocking.

Smiling, he turned to Veldanava, who looked at him with a satisfied expression. "It was easier than I thought it would be. Now what should we do?"

Veldanava thought for a bit before saying, "I don't know. I was bored, so I thought I would create worlds, watch them grow, and maybe learn something from them. What do you say?"

Velzarion smiled at her words. "It's perfect for developing my skills."

——————————————————————————

Eons after following Veldanava in his creation of worlds, we witnessed numerous civilizations rise and fall, their armies clashing in endless conflict. Many times I yearned to intervene, but my brother restrained me, insisting that we must not interfere with the natural course of creation.

Though I found this idea absurd, I eventually conceded.

My brother and I settled in a unique world where the physical and spiritual realms converge, a place we call the semi-material world or the world of chaos.

My brother created the Origin Angels using the power of the Great Spirit of Light, while I forged the Primordial Demons from the power of the Great Spirit of Darkness.

In the end, my brother took residence in the Palace of Stars, while I chose the highest peak of the Cardinal World. There, I constructed a cabin reminiscent of my previous life, but more spacious.

Surrounded by diverse leafy trees that defied the laws of nature, blooming simultaneously, I felt truly at home.

Two thousand years later.

A beautiful, androgynous man stirred from his slumber, his eyes slowly opening. After a moment, he rose and headed to the bathroom.

Emerging refreshed from his shower, he donned a simple black button-down shirt with rolled-up sleeves, black dress pants, and black shoes. His long, white hair was tied in a high ponytail.

"Hmm, I wonder how Veldanava is doing," Velzarion mused to himself as he gazed into the mirror, his striking, misty golden eyes holding a sense of mystery.

"I should pay them a visit. I'm nearing the completion of the Nihility analysis and should be able to recreate it."

Over millennia, he had come to understand the true nature of his power, his "Dream," as he was essentially the embodiment of dreams.

With this understanding, he had gained mastery over it. Additionally, he had made significant progress in comprehending another power that resided within him.

Prepared, he stepped into the living room, settled into a chair, and with a wave of his hand, several screens materialized around him.

"Very well, Morgan, how is the analysis progressing?" he inquired. A stunning platinum-haired woman, adorned in a luxurious purple dress, materialized beside him.

Morgan smiled at him before responding, "Perfectly, Master. The analysis of Nihility has been successfully completed, and its creation is feasible through your supreme ability, [Dream Master, Morpheus]. Do you wish to initiate the creation process, Master?"

He returned her smile. She had created this ability, based on one of his ultimate powers, [Goddess of Creation, Taimat], and named it, transforming it into a Manas.

As for his skill, [Dream Master, Morpheus], It is an ultimate skill that I created based on my being in which I placed a fragment of the concept of "dream".

Despite its immense power, it existed outside the classification of the "Voice of the World" skill and was unaffected by it. The "Voice of the World" was a collaborative creation of his brother Veldanava and himself, designed to regulate existence.

It permeated all timelines and universes, both material and spiritual, and was responsible for the regulation of souls, the development of abilities, and various other cosmic functions.

Smiling at Morgan, he nodded. "Let us commence the creation of Nihility energy and store it within the space of imaginary numbers. Also, today, we shall visit my brothers, so I'll dine at your residence."

Morgan acknowledged his words and turned her attention to her task.

I pondered the idea of venturing into other worlds, exploring their unique stories. As I was lost in thought, I heard Veldanava's voice echoing in my mind, "Velzarion, come quickly. I've just sensed the birth of a true dragon."

Intrigued, I teleported to the Star Palace and found Veldanava brimming with excitement.

"Brother, where did you find our newest family member?" I asked.

Veldanava smiled, "Eastward, I detected a significant shift in the climate, a severe cold gripping the region."

I nodded in agreement, "Then let's go. We must reach the location before the dragon is born."

Veldanava concurred, and we promptly transported ourselves to the designated place.

Upon arriving at the ice cave, we encountered a charming white dragon with golden eyes, gazing at us curiously.

Veldanava's face lit up with joy at the sight of the adorable creature. I approached the dragon, crouching down as it sniffed me.

"You're a very cute little guy, aren't you?" I asked, to which the dragon proudly nodded, raising its head. Veldanava chuckled at the dragon's behavior.

"Well, we must give you a name, little one." As Veldanava pondered a suitable name, I began to play with the dragon.

"How about Velzard?" I suggested. Veldanava nodded approvingly, clearly pleased with the name.

Velzarion, however, raised an eyebrow at his brother, "Perhaps I should start giving myself a name as well."

Veldanava snorted and looked at Velzarion, who had now transformed into a seven-year-old girl with white hair, light blue eyes, and a small white dress. She looked incredibly adorable.

"Well, it's time to celebrate the birth of our new family member. Let's return to the Star Palace and prepare a feast," Veldanava declared, his eyes sparkling with excitement at the thought of Velzarion's cooking. "Come on, let's not waste any time!"

Velzarion glanced at his older brother with an amused expression, then turned to his other older brother.

"Don't mind him. He can be a bit silly at times, but you'll get used to it," Velzarion reassured the young dragon, ruffling her hair affectionately.

And so, they returned to the Star Palace, welcoming their new family member into their lives.
