Oscar : "Raaah!"

Waving his sword around, he slashed the zombie from the neck.

While it was enough to kill it. The injuries caused due to that were not few. 

In fact, he was bitten in his right arm so badly that it left a huge gap wound dripping blood.

Moments after the slash, the soul that existed in the zombie to keep him standing faded. And the zombie fell to the grassy round with a hard smack.

Oscar : "..."

Breathing raggedly, he drew his sword to back to his waist.

Apparently it was mid night, so there was no way for him to get treated at this point. His only choice was going back home and taking a rest, then he could look out for a healer to heal his large wound.

Oscar : "..."

Walking slowly, he reached his house which was built out of wood planks. He managed to get onto his bedroom immediately and took a little rest for the night...Or so he sought to

Oscar : "..."

Feeling a little pain going through his head, he put his hand on his head as a resort to try and calm it down.

However, before he could even realise it, his eyes began changing color and immediately became red in just mere seconds.

Rain : "So..What do you think of this snow man I made?"

Abigail : "It looks pretty cute! Amazing Rain!"

Rain : "Haha! Thank you!"

Looking towards the snow man he had made, he was quite proud of it. It took him some time to finish it, but the results were worth it.

Then after he turned his eyes towards Abigail, both of them heard some loud noises coming from the place near them.

Rain : "I think we should go and check out what's going on inside"

Abigail : "Yeah. Let's do that."

And so the pair of the two headed towards the door where the loud noise was coming from.

??? : "Soon enough...My rageness will reach the world..."

Walking along with a whole army of zombies, he set his destiny as the village of the icy taiga.

Rain : "What's going on her-"

Rain slammed the door, and before he could even talk, his eyes had been convinced enough about the noise that was coming.

Abigail : "Rain! Stop him!"

At Abigail's scream, Rain drew his sword from the waist and dashed towards Oscar who was as it seems, biting a person's head.

Rain "Haah!"

But, even after that scream, Oscar managed to dodge the slash just barely as it waved in front of him.

And before Rain could go for a second slash he took his leave from the back door of the place.

The other issue however is--

Rain : "That's...!"

The person who was for a moment sitting with his drink being on the table, became aggressive. His eyes were filled with bloodlust and pure madness, to the point a glowing red color was shining through his eyes pupils

Seeing the rage on the person, it was clear that it's not going be good news.

Abigail : "..."

Taking a look with a serious face, Abigail hesitated for a moment. But the person did not give rise to such thoughts however as he leapt towards the pair with his sharp teeth revealing itself

Rain : "Abigail! Move!"

Rain pushed Abigail aside and slashed the neck of the person using the diamond sword he held in his right hand.

It was a really silent slash, the head of the person flew above the air with blood dripping all over, before it finally hit the wooden ground.

Rain : "..."

Staring at the decapitated head, he felt his gut burning a little, since he's not used to seeing blood usually.

Abigail : "Just...What was that..."

Rain : "Oscar has escaped...At this rate the entire village will be infected, we need to do something quickly!"

Abigail : "I understand.. But don't do anything reckless alright?"

Rain : "Yeah, don't worry!"

At Rain's smile , Abigail was satisfied enough.

If u could describe their relationship. They were best friends since they were kids basically.

And everyday they would go outside and play, especially when it's snowing. They would be playing with snow balls, hitting each other and just having fun. That was how close they were.

Opening the front door, they were greeted with a large army of zombies moving around infecting people. In fact, most of the villagers were struck down infected, and only few were able to manage against the zombies, although barely.

Rain : "Watch out!"

At Rain's shout, one of the zombies tried to attack Abigail but Rain defended her by slashing the mad zombie.

Rain : "It's not safe here anymore. We need to head out it seems."

Abigail : "Right!"

Dashing forward Rain slashed the zombies one after one with his diamond sword.

Abigail on the other hand, stretched her bow and shot multiple arrows towards the zombies who were approaching from everywhere.

Then using one of the arrows struck in the forehead of one of the infected people, she held it in her hand stabbed it towards the neck of the other zombie standing behind him.

Another one approached Abigail as it targeted her neck, but she did a quick spin and turned behind her real quick as she shot the arrow that was in the bow.

Rain : "Close the village walls!"

As Rain ordered the three remaining villagers, they managed to close the walls surrounding it

While Abigail had barely any time to stay in the village, she did a little slide towards the walls that were closing. Barely making it as the moving walls almost crushed her beneath.

Rain : "Abigail!"

Abigail went running fast towards since he was grateful that she was alright.

With a gentle smile releasing from Abigail. Rain smiled back.

Rain : "Glad u two are alright as well."

Villager 1 : "Oh, thank you"

Villager 2 : "I certainly appreciate that."

Villager 3 : "I'm glad ur alright as well."

Then looking in front of them, there was nothing but snow.

It seems like they have a long journey to head through, so that they can get a shelter for the day.

And so, the group of Rain, Abigail, and the three villagers would head towards the snow seeking to find a place to camp in.
