The sounds of a keyboard clicked away angrily as someone wrote a furious review of a novel

"Such a fucking dumb ending!" a loud bang echoed as cans fell off a desk as a fist slammed into a desk.

Kai is a relatively decent-looking teenager who just turned 18. He worked out a lot, so his physical appearance looked very good, but after school, he had nothing to show for it and ended up blocking off the outside world.

He completely turned to video games and the online world. His favorite thing to do was read novels and manga.

He was relatively pale, like a vampire; he had black hair and was 6 1 in height. His hair was somewhat long; certain parts of his hair would touch his neck and would flop around when he moved.

"See, if I were in the novel, I wouldn't have made such a mistake as Ray did," he said, placing his palm on his face. He tilted his head back in irritation and exposed one of his dark black eyes, which was a rarity.

Ray is the MC of the novel he has been reading. He finds the ending unenjoyable and irritating, leaving the story bitter.

Sparks shot out from Kai's computer, and as it shut off, Kai yelled and punched the laptop.

"FUCKING SON OF A BITCH MAN THIS COST ME TOO MUCH!" He stood up and gritted his teeth as he looked down at the computer. Another spark shot out of the laptop before a white screen appeared on the monitor.

Kai stared at the monitor, and blue pixels showed around the middle of the screen. A grey claw-like hand reached out and grabbed his face. The arm was inhumanly long, and the hand's grip was firm.

It effortlessly dragged Kai through the computer before shutting off.

"RAAAAAH!" Kai screamed as he saw colors fly past his vision as he was dragged into who knows where by who knows what until everything stopped moving.

He was floating in what looked like space, and the air felt thin and hard to breathe. Kai let out a cough before taking a deep breath and releasing it.

It got easier to breathe bit by bit. Kai jumped as he felt something touch his back and push him forward. He floated forward and tumbled upside down. He was met by two glowing orange eyes staring at him.

"For what reason is there for you to slander the story I've told constantly?!" A voice echoed across the endless void. Sending shivers down Kai's spine, he strained himself slightly as he swallowed before finally barking up words.

"For what reason did you make it end in such a way!! Ray would never slip up like that!" Kai screamed at the top of his lungs into the void. It grew silent quickly, and Kai gritted his teeth, awaiting an answer from whatever peered at him from the void.

"Make it end? I only told the story and never tampered with that world!" The creature's words slid from the void heavily. The words wrapped around Kai's mind, and he instantly knew that it was not a made-up story. The ending was a genuine human miscalculation that led to the death of the Mf.

"But since you think your such hot shit! We will see how good you are." The being blurted out from the shadows.

"I will rewind that world's time, letting the MC keep his memories of his Life and how he died, along with adding you; plus, I'll spit in a few new creatures of my creation as well. Let's see if you come to make an ending you are proud of."

Kai's eyes widened as he saw the creature reveal a grey hand that pointed at him. A ball of energy formed at the fingertip before shooting at Kai and hitting him in the head. It went into his skin as his eyes rolled back into his head, and he stopped responding.

Kai's eyes fluttered open. He was lying on the ground. Rain hit his face and rolled off his cheeks onto the ground; he groaned as he slowly pulled himself to his feet and leaned on a tree. Before looking at a city,

"Well, it seems I'm pretty close to the MC. This looks exactly like where he is."

(7:00 pm in Seoul, South Korea)

Kai reached into his pockets and felt a phone and another object. He pulled them both out and looked at them. A small knife and a phone were what was in his hand.

He turned the phone on quickly and looked at it. " August 4th, huh? So that means tomorrow is when the zombies will appear. I need to go get some weapons or at least something." He walked through the city for a while before taking his phone out and searching for a weapons store.

Thankfully, he found a wallet in his left jacket pocket and pulled out some cash.

"What is it that Koreans use again… won or yen…. Fuck I think it's won, right! But is it?" He searches it up on his phone swiftly before looking at the results.

Before Kai could turn off his phone, he noticed the camera app. Kai opened the app and noticed there were already a few pictures of him in a few different countries, but his oldest picture was of the ifle tower.

"I'll use this as my origin… wait, is that me?" As Kai opened the camera, he noticed that he looked a little bit different. Overall, he looked almost the same with his pale skin and hair. But his face was more handsome, and he had two black knots on his head like horns.

His face looked emotionless even though he felt like he had been showing a lot of emotion throughout this whole ordeal of going to another world

'At least the creature that put me here didn't leave me hanging. This is a vector, it appears the day before you gain abilities in the novel, and they get stronger the more you use them. It seems tomorrow I will be apart of the "1%" in this aplocolypse."

Kai pulled his hood up over his head as he walked into a store he went straight to the very back of the store where there was metal bats and blades and guns.

He bought a backpack with a Handgun along with a metal bat and a machete. He walked out and checked his wallet.

"I still have a lot more money left and I was able to fill this backpack up with bullets this is amazing. Ok lets go grab some food and find a place to stay Ima need rest for tomorrow."

Kai walked into a convenient store and the girl behind the counter looked at him before her jaw dropped watching a man with a bat walk in. Kai started sweating instantly at the face she had.

'It was either the bat or the handgun and machete.' he thought to himself before grabbing a box of noodles before going to the back of the store and grabbing vegetables and meat before walking to the counter swiftly and purchasing them.

The girl whipped her brow and gave him a smile as she let him buy the items.

"Sorry sir I thought you had bad intentions" she looked at him with a smile as he walked out the store with his groceries.

"Dont worry about it happens some times" Kai didn't notice but the sound of his voice instantly made her blush as he walked out.

After walking for a little bit Kai stopped on the side walk before looking at a building.

'Alright final thing. A place to safely sleep tonight.' Kai walked in a purchased a room to stay in for the night he huridly walked to his room as he felt there was little time left to relax so he wanted to get as much rest as he could after he ate.

'I picked this place sense they actually have pots and pans in here for me to cook with' he pulled a pot from under neath the sink. He quickly put water in it before boiling it and adding noodles and seasoning into it along with the meat. The smell that swirled around the room was hypnotizing and would make anyone who wasn't hungry, starving just by imagine the flavor that would be produced by the product afterwords.

After a while Kai started to get impatient the smell had started to even taunt him and he was able to hold out for a while.

After letting it cook he brought the whole pot of food to the table and started to eat it quicky. He crawled into the bed with all his clothes on and slowly closed his eyes after setting a alarm.

As his vision slowly faded away, he asked himself a quick question about what he had thought about when he first entered this world.
