"Monster, huh..."
Yu walked through the cold dimly-lit streets of Cybrmille with his hands in his pockets, taciturn eyes and a dark expression.
"Oh...so he's a 'nice guy' huh..."
Mari's words playing constantly in his head.
Fuck you Bitch!
This is why I...
He stared up into the night sky,
"Oh, it's already dark...and it's raining."
He bent his head down, letting the droplets of rain slide through his head, soaking him.
"Hi! There~"
A familiar voice said in a seductive tone, Yu didn't move. He just bent his head.
"Come on! Don't be so cold~...I just want to talk~"
God...won't you at least let me have this moment in peace...
Rain poured out of the sky as Yu turned to the female.
I don't need to see your badge to know that you're from that accursed group.
I don't need to look at you to know that all you want to do is screw up my life!
Because...
He recalled the scene of the smiling female.
"All Girls are monsters."
He said as veins popped around his face and arms, he looked at her with a murderous expression, as he took a battle-ready stance.
"DIE!"
He roared as he dashed towards her, balling up his fist and aiming it towards her. Noticing his actions, she smiled as she awaited impact.
BOOM!
Meanwhile.
"MARI!"
"What?", she said in a disinterested voice as she scrolled her phone while sitting on her a chair.
"What you did was wrong!", Amanai scolded her angrily.
Mari glanced at her, "Amanai that thinking will do you no good...", she dropped her phone as she faced her, "You're the daughter of a prestigious family with endless wealth, you have a model body, excellent athleticism and are a genius...and to top that you're an Occlude and you even made your Ballista yourself. Any guy would fawn over you..."
Mari paused as she gritted her teeth, "Don't you get...that?!...Don't you get that you're Amanai Rith, a seemingly perfect human!"
"Any guy would want you...I leave you one second in this room with him and he'll screw you!"
"You're right...I won't deny that am perfect but I won't let any guy screw me solely because am perfect!", Amanai said with determination.
"Then why are you defending him! Why are you defending that no-name?!", Amanai yelled in confusion.
"That's enough Mari!", Amanai said in anger.
Mari gasped as this was the second time, Amanai had yelled at her with pure fury. The first was because of Iguro and the second, because of Yu.
"I'm defending him because his Iguro's friend! His first ever one! So don't you dare bad-mouth him!", Amanai yelled at her.
Mari dropped her head, "You really love Iguro more than me huh?"
Upon hearing this, Amanai realized that this was the first time her maid had shown pure weakness.
"Wait...Mari...it's not-", Amanai said as she stretched her hand out at her but Mari cut her off as she slapped it away,
"It's not what?!", Mari said in dejection as tears trinkled off her face, she turned tail and stormed out of the room and the house.
Into the rain, the downpour.
She ran away from the house in tears.
Desperately trying to run away from the pain, she cleaned the tears off her cheeks. Running as her far as her legs could take her, the tears kept flowing until she stopped. She immediately witnessed the dreadful scene in front of her.
The woman who was previously fighting Yu had fully neutralized him, hanging him over a lamppost with her Ballista, which seemed to be a ball and chain. The chain hung his neck to the lamppost as the ball evened the balance. She sat upon the ball, with a heavy blush as she stared at the boy who was bathed in blood and had lost an arm.
She seemed like she was in a daze-no... she was in ecstasy. She admiring every little moment Yu grasped for breathe. Dangling between life and death just like a pendulum as he was attached to the post.
Mari stared at the scene, bewildered, as she muttered,
"Oh...God"
