Chapter 1 - Prolog

On a beautiful day, the world was at peace. The relationship between humans and demons was very harmonious. However, that peace ended when King Namrud of the Kingdom of Alfion began killing demons and stealing resources from the demon kingdom.

War became inevitable. The Kingdom of Alfion fell into crisis and lacked resources. Prince George, without considering the fate of his people, spent the kingdom's entire fortune on hiring prostitutes and buying slaves.

Five years of warfare passed. Finally, the Kingdom of Alfion achieved victory when the Demon King decided to retreat.

One day, in a beautiful village with kind-hearted inhabitants, I, Arthur Miwa, heard a call from behind. When I turned around, I saw my sister, Mile, the hero of the Kingdom of Alfion.

"Hey Arthur, have some food. You're training too much," my sister said with a sweet smile.

I swung my sword forward repeatedly, ignoring my sister's words. Seeing me disregard her, Mile became increasingly annoyed.

"Do you want to experience something fun?" she asked with a menacing smile.

I turned around, frightened by my sister's terrifying expression. "Sister, stop. I'm scared of your expression."

Suddenly, Mile hugged me and sniffed my clothes. "You silly boy, Arthur. You haven't even bathed," she said, smiling and continuing to sniff my clothes.

Days passed in the village's tranquility, but the tension in the kingdom was still palpable. My sister, Mile, often talked about the battles she faced and the harsh life on the battlefield. However, behind her sweet smile, I always sensed there was something she was hiding.

One night, as the full moon illuminated the village, I was awakened by a loud knock at the door. I hurried to open it and saw a group of royal soldiers standing there, led by a familiar man—Prince George.

"What is happening?" I asked, my voice trembling.

George smiled coldly. "Arthur Miwa, by order of the Empire, your family is accused of treason. We are here to arrest all of you."

Before I could respond, the soldiers stormed in. They captured my sister Mile, our parents, and me. We were taken to the capital city under tight guard.

In the grand courtroom, we faced Prince George, who sat on his throne, smiling triumphantly. "You have betrayed the kingdom. The punishment is death."

"What are you talking about, George?" Mile shouted. "We are loyal to the kingdom!"

But George only laughed. "Loyal or not, it no longer matters. The Empire needs scapegoats to cover its shortcomings."

Without mercy, Mile and my parents were executed before my eyes. I screamed in despair, but no one listened. The guards took my hand and took me to the kingdom of Afrion, I was put in a dark dungeon, they left me

I looked into my pocket and found only a magic pen with a cool design. I remembered my parents buying it for me when I was little.

Day after day passed, and the hatred in my heart grew stronger. I decided on one thing: I would seek revenge. I would destroy Prince George and the Empire that had destroyed my family.

In the darkness of the prison, I began to plan. I would escape, hone my fighting skills, and gather allies. One day, I would return, and Prince George would regret everything he had done. With a strong resolve, I prepared myself for the day of reckoning.
