Chapter 32 - Machina Magnifica

Meanwhile the events happen same as iron man 2. Ivan escaped with hammer help. The Stark Expo buzzed with energy, a celebration of innovation, but also a prelude to chaos. Rows of newly unveiled drones lined the stage, Hammer basking in the limelight as he prepared to present the supposed future of defense technology to the world. Pepper Potts stood off to the side, representing Stark Industries as CEO, her gaze steady but mind aware of the history that haunted events like these.

Meanwhile, in Tony's workshop, Da Vinci, Bucky Barnes, and Yinsen were absorbed in their work—until a sudden call shattered the calm.

---

"Stark." Tony picked up his phone, his face tightening as Ivan Vanko's cold, bitter voice cut through.

"You think you're safe in your fancy house, Tony? This is my revenge—for everything your family did to mine. I've made sure that your little Expo is going to be unforgettable."

Tony immediately shot a glance at Da Vinci, Yinsen, and Bucky, the tension in the room palpable.

"Jarvis, track his location," Tony commanded.

"Working on it, sir," came the AI's calm response.

Yinsen's face grew pale. "Pepper is at the Expo."

Bucky's eyes darkened, his soldier instincts kicking in as he turned to Tony. "We need to move fast. If he's controlling those drones remotely, Potts and everyone else are in serious danger."

Da Vinci, unfazed by the sudden shift in atmosphere, leaned back in her chair with a smirk. "I'll call Ritsuka. We might need his help on this one."

---

**Meanwhile...**

In a quiet bakery, Ritsuka Fujimaru stood by the counter, engaged in light conversation with Artoria Lancer, who was seated nearby.

"Once I recover my command spells, I'll summon the friends best suited to help us for opening bakery shop," Ritsuka said, giving Artoria a gentle smile. "This place could use a few extra hands."

Artoria, always composed on the battlefield, found herself uncharacteristically nervous. Her blue eyes flickered with doubt, though she tried to hide it. She remembered the words he'd spoken years ago—he loved her, yet insecurities gnawed at her heart.

"I—" she started to speak but stopped herself. 'I shouldn't… He's already said he loves me,' she thought, but the uncertainty lingered. 'Does he find me less attractive because I appear… bigger than others?' She shook her head, trying to push those thoughts aside, though they still weighed on her heart.

{A/N: no you are overthinking Lartoria, Ritsuka loves you and two huge mountains}

Just then, Ritsuka's phone rang. It was Tony.

"Ritsuka, we've got a situation. Hammer's drones are compromised. Vanko is behind it. Potts is at the Expo," Tony said in a rush, his tone clipped.

Ritsuka then gave a telepathic message to karna with respectively. Karna who is trying to train his new powers came to his master as he got message.

Ritsuka's eyes narrowed as he turned his head toward Karna, who stood quietly infront of room, his expression ever stoic.

"Looks like we've got work to do,"Ritsuka said simply.

Karna nodded in understanding, his calm presence as reassuring as ever.

Before leaving, Ritsuka turned back to Artoria, who looked like she had something more to say but hesitated.

"I'll be back soon," he promised. Artoria nodded, though her heart weighed heavier than before.

Archetype: Earth watched the scene unfold, her gaze sharp but kind. She stepped forward and whispered to Artoria, "Why don't you take him on a date when this is all over? Talk to him, clear away the doubts in your heart. He loves you just as he does us—you just need to believe it."

Artoria blinked, caught off guard by the suggestion. But before she could respond, Ritsuka and Karna disappeared, teleporting to Tony's house.

Artoria scold herself for being a losser.

Unknown to her, her master already noticed and planning to take her for a date later.

---

**At Tony's house…**

Ritsuka and Karna materialized in Tony's workshop, the air thick with tension. Da Vinci was already leaning against the counter, her mind visibly at work, while Bucky's arms were crossed, his metal arm glinting under the workshop's lights.

Tony, pacing back and forth, stopped mid-step as they arrived. "Glad you could join us. Vanko's decided to make this personal. The drones Hammer just showed off? Yeah, they're rigged to go rogue. We need to stop him before he turns the Expo into a warzone."

"Understood" karna said

'stop listening to this weak human. You are a part of royalty.' Phonix said to him

'it's what friends will do. I consider Tony as my friend. You can't understand this' karna said to her in telepathy.

Ritsuka nodded, eyes narrowing. "We'll handle it. Just point us in the right direction."

Karna, always composed, stood tall. "This Ivan Vanko seems to have underestimated what he's up against. We'll stop him."

Da Vinci grinned, though the situation was anything but lighthearted. "I like your confidence. Jarvis, any updates?"

"I've located Vanko's signal, Ms. Da Vinci. It's being transmitted from a nearby warehouse. I'll send the coordinates to the team."

Bucky cracked his knuckles, his calm demeanor barely masking the storm brewing inside. "No it's useless. Send them to fury. Ivan must have already escaped from that place. A criminal won't stay to long in same place."

"His Target is stark expo. We need to go Potts." Ritsuka says as Tony become serious.

"Hold on," she said, raising a hand to stop Ritsuka and Karna from teleporting to the Expo. "Are you really planning to reveal your powers and abilities to the world like this? Have you thought about the consequences?"

Yinsen nodded in agreement, his voice measured. "Da Vinci's right. Once the world knows about your powers, there will be no going back. Governments, organizations—they'll all start watching. Are you ready for that? What about your shop life."

Ritsuka paused, weighing their words. He hadn't considered the larger implications of using his abilities so openly. He glanced at Karna, whose calm, stoic demeanor remained unchanged. Karna would follow him without question, but the reality of exposing themselves to the public was a heavy decision.

Then, an idea sparked in Ritsuka's mind. His eyes lit up, and he pulled out his phone.

"I have a idea. And i know someone who can handle this without making a scene," he said with a smirk, dialing BB's number.

Moments later, BB's voice crackled on the other end of the line of Tony computer screen as she hacked it, her tone laced with exaggerated annoyance. "Ugh, pathetic Senpai, why are you calling me now? I'm very busy, you know!" Her words were harsh, but a hint of happiness seeped through her feigned irritation.

Ritsuka smiled, knowing full well that BB was always like this. "I need your help. Can you hack into the drones at the Expo? Ivan's taken control, and we need to shut them down before things get worse."

There was a brief pause, followed by a sigh from BB. "You really are helpless without me, aren't you? Fine, I'll do it. But you better owe me for this, Senpai!" Her voice was filled with playful frustration, but Ritsuka could sense her genuine excitement to help.

Turning to everyone, Ritsuka grinned. "BB's got this. She'll hack into the drones and stop them from causing any damage."

Tony nodded approvingly, already familiar with Ritsuka's unconventional solutions. "That works for me. Meanwhile, I'll head to the Expo to warn Rhodey. Yinsen, you stay here with Da Vinci. Ritsuka, and Karna teleport everyone out of the Expo, keep the people safe with Bucky help."

Ritsuka turned to Karna, who gave a simple nod. "Understood."

Before teleporting, Da Vinci stopped them once again, but this time with a sly grin on her face. "Before you go, how about I make an entrance of my own? You're not the only one with a trick up your sleeve."

"You won't mean by that? Are going to use it?" Tony asked

"Yes, Tony" da Vinci said with smile

She walked over to a car parked in the corner of the workshop, and with a quick series of button presses, the vehicle began to shift and transform. Plates of metal unfolded, revealing mechanical limbs and a large, imposing frame. In seconds, the car had turned into a massive robot, reminiscent of a Transformer.Ritsuka stared in awe, mouth agape.

"Da Vinci, this is incredible!" Ritsuka said, his eyes gleaming with admiration. "I didn't know you had something like this!"

"This is Machina Magnifica" da Vinci said with smile

Bucky let out a low whistle, clearly impressed. "Alright, Da Vinci. Looks like we're stepping up our game."

With the plans set, Ritsuka and Karna quickly teleported out will all of them leaving Yinsen alone with Jarvis, Da Vinci within her car, Tony, and Bucky prepared to make their move.

---

**At the Stark Expo…**

The crowd was still cheering as Justin Hammer proudly displayed his army of drones on stage. Rhodes, decked out in his War Machine armor, stood by as the drones' sleek forms glittered under the stage lights. The presentation was moving smoothly—until it wasn't.

Tony flew over the crowd, his suit gleaming under the lights of the Expo. On the stage, Rhodes stood with his War Machine suit, still confused as to what was happening. Justin Hammer was giving his grand presentation, proudly showing off the drones, completely unaware of the incoming storm.

Tony landed on the stage, quickly moving towards Rhodes. "We need to get these people out of here. It's not safe."

Rhodes turned to him, confused. "What? Why? What's going on?"

"Ivan's alive," Tony replied, his voice tight with urgency. "He's behind these drones, and he's coming after us. Justin—where is Ivan?" His eyes turned to Hammer, who froze at the mention of Ivan's name.

Justin Hammer, suddenly caught off guard, stammered, "I-I don't know what you're talking about, Tony." Sweat beaded on his forehead. He had taken every precaution to make sure Ivan stayed hidden. How could Tony have found out?

Before Tony could press further, Rhodes, who had been scanning the drones, shouted a warning. "Tony, we have a problem!"

"What is it?"Tony asked, eyes narrowing.

"The drones. They've locked onto you!" Rhodes shouted, alarm clear in his voice. All of the drones had turned their weapons towards Tony, their guns and missiles primed to fire.

But before anything could happen, an unexpected sound echoed through the both of them suits—a cheerful, upbeat song that didn't belong in the middle of a high-stakes confrontation in Tony and Rhodes Ironman suits as they didn't recognized the tune.

"Is that… creepy music?" Tony muttered, confused.

Suddenly, all the drones and even Rhodes' War Machine suit stopped moving, their systems completely frozen. The cheerful music continued to play as BB's voice echoed inside Tony's and Rhode's helmet.

"Pathetic humans, you should be grateful I've decided to grace you with my brilliance today!" BB said gleefully. "I've hacked into the drones and disabled their weapons. The whole 'auto boom-blast' thing is canceled. You're welcome!"

Tony couldn't help but let out a relieved chuckle. "Thanks, BB."

"You don't have thank me. I'm going dry Senpai *cough I mean charge Senpai later. But that 2nd rate villain Ivan is coming towards you. Don't die on Senpai" BB said and left from their helmets.

---

Meanwhile, Ivan Vanko, who had been en route to the Expo, watched in confusion as his control over the drones was completely severed. His plans were falling apart, and he had no idea how or why.

"What's going on?" he muttered,

As he is flying towards stark expo. But it didn't matter. Today was the day he would take his revenge, no matter what it took. He was ready to die if it meant he could see Tony Stark fall.

With a grim resolve, Ivan started to fly fast, racing toward the Expo, ready for the final confrontation.

**

Ritsuka adjusted the Lonewolf mask on his face, the material cool against his skin as he and Karna, donning his white mask, moved swiftly through the Stark Expo grounds. They are covering their faces. Beside them, Bucky Barnes walked without a mask, his expression serious as they approached Potts, who was already anxious after seeing Tony in his suit.

Pepper's eyes widened when she saw the masked figures approaching. "Who—who are you?" she stammered, her fear growing until her eyes landed on Bucky. "Wait... Bucky?" Beside her Natasha was ready to attack but already guessed who are they.

Bucky nodded, his face grim but reassuring. "Yeah, it's me."

Before Pepper could say anything else, Ritsuka spoke, his voice calm but firm beneath the mask. "Everything's under control, Potts. We just need you to stay safe for now. Please wait on the rooftop until Tony finishes."

Pepper looked between them, her anxiety clearly not soothed. "Wait Ritsuka, what's going on? Why are wearing a mask and karna too? Why is Tony even here—?"

But before she could finish her sentence, Ritsuka gently placed a hand on her shoulder and in a flash, teleported her to a rooftop far away from the main stage. "She'll be safer there," Ritsuka said to Bucky and Karna, his tone determined. Natasha left to catch hammer.

Bucky glanced at him, impressed by his quick thinking. "Good move. We will start evacuating all people." Without waiting for further instructions, Bucky moved into the crowd, ushering people out of the danger zone with swift, confident motions. Then Ritsuka and karna just teleporting people to our side.

Both Ritsuka and karna are strong but they wanted to give Tony, da Vinci to use there new powers to take care of this problem.

And rumours already spread in news that Tony have Mutants working under him. Now this confirms it. The old brainless people will hate Tony, but Younger generations take inspiration from Tony. And they will start treat mutants with respect or curiosity.

With Hydra gone, No-one will use Mutants hate propaganda. But it will take more time for change.

Meanwhile, Ritsuka finished evacuating the another group of people when a voice crackled in his earbud. It was BB, who had been monitoring the drones.

"Senpai, everything's in place. The drones won't be bothering you anymore. I've deactivated their systems completely." Her voice had a playful edge to it, but Ritsuka could sense her satisfaction.

"Thanks, BB. You really came through," Ritsuka responded with a smile under his mask.

---

The atmosphere at the Expo grew tense as Ivan Vanko, now wearing a fully-armored suit, descended from the sky. His suit was menacing—sleek, heavily fortified, and armed with his signature electrified whips, which had grown even more intimidating in size and power. The crowd erupted into chaos, people screaming and running for cover as Ivan landed with a heavy thud.

"It's good to be back," Ivan growled, a twisted smirk on his face as he unfurled his new, thicker lashes, crackling with electricity.

Rhodes, standing beside Tony, immediately reacted. "I've got something for this guy," he said, pulling out the launcher for the missile called the "Ex-Wife." He fired it directly at Ivan, the missile whistling through the air before making contact with Ivan's suit—and bouncing off without so much as a dent.

"I told you—never trust Hammer tech," Tony quipped, a note of sarcasm in his voice.

Rhodes cursed under his breath and immediately switched to bullets, but his efforts proved equally ineffective. The rounds pinged off Ivan's reinforced armor like pebbles against steel. Ivan swung his whip in retaliation, the crackling energy nearly grazing Tony and Rhodes as they dodged out of the way.

Ivan then tossed a small, ominous-looking device onto the ground. It emitted a strange, magnetic field that immediately began pulling at the metal in Tony and Rhodes' suits, slowing them down and forcing them to fight against the pull.

"Well, that's not good," Tony muttered, feeling his suit's movements becoming sluggish as the device's magnetic field intensified.

"We need to destroy that thing before we're completely stuck!" Rhodes yelled, struggling to keep his footing and slowing down both Iron Man and War Machine.

"You see, Tony," Ivan sneered, his voice dripping with arrogance. "Now, I'm stronger, smarter, and better than you in every way."

Tony gritted his teeth, his movements becoming sluggish under the magnetic force. Before Ivan could make another move, a deafening crash filled the air as a massive vehicle slammed into him, sending Ivan flying across the Expo grounds.

Ivan staggered to his feet, disoriented, only to see the source of the impact—Da Vinci's vehicle, now transforming into a towering, mechanical robot. The figure loomed over the battlefield, glowing with advanced technology.

"You think you're better than Tony Stark?" Da Vinci's voice echoed from her robotic creation, her tone filled with confident amusement. "Not while I'm around. You may have power, but you lack vision."

Tony reached that device and destroy it. Now the magnetic field is gone. Tony smirked beneath his helmet, pulling himself up. "Couldn't have said it better myself.

Tony, Rhodes, and Da Vinci—piloting her massive transformer-like suit—attacked in unison. Da Vinci's machine unleashed a barrage of energy blasts, lighting up the night as her strikes forced Ivan to go on the defensive.

Tony and Rhodes flanked him, firing repulsor blasts and missiles, though Ivan's suit absorbed most of the impact. With each attack, Da Vinci's machine countered Ivan's whips with normal speed, her precision overwhelming his brute strength.

Ivan roared in frustration, sending out waves of electric energy, but Da Vinci's suit absorbed the attack, using the energy to power her next move. With a swift motion, she grabbed Ivan mid-air, launching him into the ground with immense force.

"You think intelligence is just raw power?" Da Vinci taunted as her mechanical fists slammed into Ivan's armor, denting it with each hit. "True brilliance is in the beauty of creation—something you'll never understand!"

Ivan, enraged, managed to fire an electrified whip at Da Vinci, but Rhodes intercepted it with his own missile barrage, giving Tony the opening he needed. Tony blasted Ivan with concentrated repulsor beams, staggering him further.

---

Meanwhile, Karna, Ritsuka, and Bucky were busy teleporting the remaining civilians to safety.

They are trying to not showing too much power.

With all the people cleared from the Expo, the trio returned just in time to see Da Vinci preparing her final strike.

"Tony, Rhodes—let's finish this!" Da Vinci shouted, her robotic suit glowing with power as it prepared for one last assault.

Tony and Rhodes charged up their weapons in unison, and as Da Vinci unleashed a massive energy cannon from her robot, Tony and Rhodes fired their repulsor beams at Ivan. The combined attack overwhelmed Ivan's suit, sending him crashing to the ground, sparks flying from his damaged armor.

---

Ivan, bruised and defeated, struggled to stand. His suit was damaged beyond repair, yet his smirk remained. "You think you've won?" he spat, his hand reaching for a hidden control on his suit. "If I die, I take all of you with me!"

With a maniacal grin, Ivan activated his suit's self-destruct sequence.

Da Vinci acted quickly, grabbing Ivan in her robotic hand and launching him skyward with a powerful throw, like a cricket ball soaring into the clouds.

"I'm not letting you destroy Stark's Expo," Da Vinci declared, watching as Ivan exploded far above the ground. The sky lit up with the explosion, safely away from the Expo below. "This place was Howard Stark's last creation. I won't let it be ruined by someone like you."

Hearing this Tony smiled under his helmet.

She watched the fireworks of Ivan's demise with a calm, almost melancholic expression. "Ivan was intelligent," she murmured, "but he never saw the beauty in creation. That's why he and his father were doomed to misuse their gifts. They saw tools, not art."

---

As the dust settled, Ritsuka, Karna, and Bucky made their way over to Tony and Da Vinci. Tony, catching his breath, greeted them with a grateful nod.

"Thanks for the help, Ritsuka," Tony said, eyeing Ritsuka beneath the mask. "You too, Karna, Bucky. Couldn't have done it without you."

But his eyes were already searching for someone. "Where's Pepper?" he asked, his concern obvious.

Da Vinci, stepping out of her damaged robotic vehicle, chuckled. "Oh, don't worry. We teleported her to a safe spot. Right, Ritsuka?"

Ritsuka smirked beneath his mask. "She's on the rooftop, Tony. You've got a moment—you should tell her how you feel."

Without wasting another second, Tony shot off into the sky, his heart racing as he flew toward Pepper's location.

---

When Tony landed on the rooftop, he saw Pepper standing there, shaken but unharmed. Relief washed over him.

"Thank God you're alright, Pepper," Tony said, his voice heavy with emotion.

Pepper looked at him, her eyes full of something deeper. "Tony... I quit. I can't do this anymore. Being CEO, seeing you dealing with the danger—it's too much."

Tony blinked, surprised but not angry. Instead, he stepped closer, removing his helmet so she could see his face. "Pepper, I'm sorry. I know this is my mistake. You were trying to support me"

"I didn't say that"

"Yes, you did. Without you i would have died long ago"

"Then what about Ritsuka, karna and Da Vinci. Stop talking honey words, Tony"

"Sometimes you understand too much about me. I'm very sorry pepper. But its real. I'm very lucky to be with you." Tony said and grab her waist

"Thanks, anyway how are you going take care of everything"

"Working under you is equal to 10 years experience worth. I will deal with everything and press"

"But please, don't quit. I need you... I love you."

The words hung in the air for a moment before Pepper, her eyes softening, stepped closer. "Tony..." she whispered, before Tony closed the distance between them, capturing her in a long, passionate kiss.

After a long pause, Tony pulled back, his forehead resting against hers. "We'll figure this out together. I promise."

As Tony and Pepper shared their quiet moment, Tony couldn't help but think about everything that had happened. In his heart, he was thankful for Ritsuka and BB, knowing that without them, things could've gone very differently.

The next day, Tony Stark, Bucky Barnes, Karna, Da Vinci, and Ritsuka Fujimaru arrived at a hidden SHIELD base, seated across from Nick Fury. The atmosphere was tense, and Fury wasted no time getting to the point.

"This is the evaluation given by Agent Romanoff and Coulson. Read it," Fury said as he tossed a file labeled *Avengers Initiative* toward Tony.

Tony raised an eyebrow as Natasha Romanoff entered the room, standing beside Fury.

"You're fired," Tony said flatly to Natasha, his eyes narrowing. He'd finally pieced together her real identity.

Da Vinci smirked slightly, leaning back in her chair. "I always had my suspicions about you, Natasha, but I kept it to myself."

Tony turned to Karna with a playful smirk. "Maybe you should be my bodyguard, Karna. You'd see through all the lies people try to pull."

In Karna's mind, the Phoenix spoke telepathically, 'This human is such an idiot. Trying take karna for himself'

Natasha rolled her eyes and addressed the room. "I was honestly shocked to find that Ritsuka can summon people from history, but I eventually pieced it together. What I didn't expect was Da Vinci... appearing as a little girl."

Da Vinci gave a coy smile. "Well, looks can be deceiving, as you've learned, Ms. Spy."

Tony opened the file and began reading aloud. "Personality report. 'Mr. Stark displays arrogant behavior. Prone to self-destructive tendencies—damn, Coulson must hate me. Textbook narcissism. Agreed to that." He paused and smirked before continuing. "Recruitment assessment for Avengers Initiative: Iron Man—yes. See? Still got it."

Fury, arms crossed, said coolly, "Read on."

Tony frowned, looking at the next line. "Tony Stark—not recommended?" He looked confused. "How can you recommend me and not recommend me at the same time?"

"It means at this point, we can't hire you—but we could use you as a consultant,"Fury explained.

Tony stood up, shaking Fury's hand with a smirk. "You couldn't afford me."

Da Vinci then chimed in with a mischievous grin and started to read the remaining report. "Ritsuka Fujimaru, Da Vinci, Karna, Bucky Barnes, Edmond Dantès... plus every servant Ritsuka has or will summon—including his life partners."

Karna raised an eyebrow. "How can you include every Servant Ritsuka summons?"

Fury shot a knowing look at Ritsuka, pointing a finger at him. "Because this problem-solver right here..." Fury paused, searching for the right words. "...This guy can take on any crisis. I trust him."

Ritsuka, feeling the weight of the moment, gave a nod of silent agreement. Da Vinci smiled warmly, and Karna gave a slight nod of approval—he, too, believed in his Master's abilities.

"By the way, where's Coulson?" Ritsuka asked, his curiosity piqued. The others glanced toward Fury, wondering the same.

"I reassigned Coulson to New Mexico," Fury replied matter-of-factly.

Ritsuka immediately understood the significance—Thor would soon be coming to Earth. He chose not to elaborate, keeping the knowledge to himself for now.

"Anyway," Ritsuka said with a grin, trying to change the subject, "I want everyone to come to tomorrow bakery shop opening. Don't forget about it, guys."

Fury raised an eyebrow. "I'll see what I can do."

Tony, Da Vinci, and Bucky all smiled in agreement, nodding to confirm they'd be there.

*Later, at the award ceremony...*

Tony Stark and James Rhodes stood on stage, both receiving awards for their efforts in stopping a dangerous villain and shutting down the corrupt Hammer company.

The crowd erupted into applause as they were hailed as heroes, having prevented further harm to the country. Tony accepted the award with his usual smirk, while Rhodes offered a modest, appreciative nod.

Behind the scenes, the world of the Avengers and the mysteries surrounding Ritsuka's powers were quietly unfolding, hinting at the larger battles yet to come.
