"Run for your lives!". I heard one of the elves screen as the sounds of a warhorn echoed throughout the woods.
"The orcs are coming!". One of the elves was screaming as the group left the arena in a panic state.
"We do not stand a chance against a species as powerful as them!" A female elf yelled as she ran past me.
I noticed that the only elf who seemed to not be in a state of disarray and panic was the elder.
It was not very long until I was entirely alone in the arena, and I chose to use this as an opportunity for me to escape from this elf prison, and make it back to my family at any cost.
I was able to make my way through the city without being noticed because of the carnage and panic that surrounded me.
All of the elves seemed to be running deeper into the woods as I means to avoid the Invaders.
As I made my way to the area of the wood elf encampment where they kept all of the items of their prisoners I could see the treats being filled with people who had green colored skin.
They also had black horns growing out of their heads, and some of them had tusks out of their mouths.
I knew that these enemies that were invading the wood elves were instantly members of the orc race. As soon as I knew what race that was attacking the wood elf settlement my body was suddenly filled with fear and dread because of the stories that my father had told me about the orcs as a race.
It took me a while to gather my nerves and continue toward the armory of this settlement.
As I approached the structure that was a single tree; I noticed that there was no guard actively on duty. This was most likely due to the current situation at hand.
It took me a bit of time to find the appropriate items because they were hidden behind an old pile of junk.
Happy back of the building.
My chance to collect all of my gear, and items of everyone from the prison so that they might help me in my escape attempt.
I made use of a massive bag that had nothing in it. Indeed armory two carry all of the intended gear to the prison.
" Are you already to escape this hell of a prison?". I asked each of them as I grabbed the wooden key to their prison cells from the only table inside of the jail area.
"Wow, he did it. I cannot believe that he was able to both beat an elf in combat with all of the crappie gear that they give us and free us all in one night". The dark elf said to everyone as I dropped the massive bag that I was carrying on the ground.
" If you want to leave this prison, I am allowing you to do so. The wood elves are being attacked by orcs; this will serve as the perfect distraction for us to get out of here in one piece."
I did not turn around because I did not know if I could truly trust any of these prisoners with my life. I also was not able to use my guardian skill since I had already used it for today.
All the prisoners stepped out of their cells after I opened them, and while the dark elf ran away from the group as soon as they had taken their gear out of the bag, both the human and dwarf prisoner grabbed their items, and they did not leave.
"I need to go with you in your attempt to escape this prison because my father, as the king of the human empire, needs to know of this active orc invasion". The human prisoner said to me as he put on his set of heavy armor and equipped a shield and a longsword.
I could not argue with what he had said. Because I knew that I would need him to help me power the teleporters since I did not have any magic as a dwarf.
" The reason why I will follow you is that you have reminded me of the dwarven spirit and resolve that I had forgotten during my time here as a prisoner." The elderly dwarf said in response to what I had done as I saw him grab a massive hammer out of the bag.
This hammer seemed to glow and shine with the written text of some kind of symbols along the top of it.
As soon as I knew that they were ready to move out, I made my way to the original area where I had accidentally teleported to the wrong location.
I allowed the human prisoner to move in front of me and he stopped my movement as I noticed that there was a massive orc that had four arms.
His horns were two massive ones that seemed to curve more sharply as they went further from the center of the body.
" We probably should avoid this fight at any cost if we want to make it out of this alive". The elder dwarf said to me as he pointed at the wood elf that was fighting the orc and losing the fight.
" I will not run away from someone who needs my help. You may be okay with that, but I have made a vow to always help whoever I can with this life that I have been given". I said to the elder dwarf as I drew my great sword and rushed towards the the orc not even thinking about what it was I was rushing into.
" Oh, damm it. Why are the young always so reckless and stupid?!" The elderly dwarf yelled to me as he quickly followed behind me
Whenever I made it to where the giant orc was located, I saw that as the elf fell to the ground, his body became entirely lifeless as the orc stored something that was a dark blue color from the inside of him to the inside of a magical jar.
"Do you each thing that you can take me on? I am Commander Zog the boss of the entire orc species.
As the leader of such a superior race, it is my duty to prove that the age of men, elves, and dwarfs has come to an end, but the age of the orc has just begun!"
After he had captured what he had come here for he left with a group of hostages so that no one would follow him.
"If you even try to get any creative ideas this will stop them from happening". Commander Zog said as he snapped his fingers, and I noticed that there was a set of explosive barrels placed at the edges of the teleportation circle.
I did not believe his threat. So I rushed him, but before I could reach him with my weapon. He pushed me back with a punch that was powered by fire magic.
As I rose to my feet from the tree that he had knocked me into, I saw the barrels all explode, and it caused the teleportation circle to shatter into a bunch of tiny metal pieces.
"Are you okay?" The human said to me as I stood up on my feet.
" Yes, I am fine for now".
When I looked around at the destruction and carnage that was created by the orcs attacking such a small settlement I felt a certain level of unease at the level of destruction that they might cause if they were to attack a fully functioning city.
" We have to stay here for a short while anf learn what the wood elves are going to be doing about the threats Commander Zog gave the whole world today".
