POV: Ash
Location: Memory Barrier
My hand was glued to Bash's hand. I held it tightly like he would disappear once I let go. The sun was setting, and the sky was painted dark blue as it stretched to the horizon. We have to crash at the abandoned stone building I found, or the night breeze will freeze us to death.
My eyes drifted to Bash's face to the right of me. "Your hand feels warm," I said. Smiling toward him.
He squizzed my hand and lifted it upwards slightly, his eyes narrowing to the intersection of our fingers. "My hand is full of Blisters, hope it doesn't hurt," he said. Returning his vision to face my eyes.
I smiled, squizzing his hand and lowering it to the side of us. "It's comfortable, I like it just the way it is".
