'She is about to try to kill Fervis!'
It was then that I moved. Burning through the intense mana that was swirling through my body I unsheathed my blade and swung it toward the woman's head, but a violent explosion from the woman's hand interrupted my sword swing and forced a sudden halt from me as I was sent flying.
"Fervis!"
I screamed out her name as I drifted through the air and contorted my body in mid-air, but there was no response.
After landing on my feet with a grunt, I looked into the cloud of dust that was slightly covering the red flames from the explosion of Mythica previously.
I continued to search the flames for any sight of Fervis, but no matter how hard I looked, I only saw the remnants of Mythica and flames. Even the status of the Knights that had been nearby to us before the explosion happened was in question.
'I should have never let her get so close!'
