The Samurai and the Dragoon's Reunion

'Who is the person that I can't stop the will of?'
Even though the question echoed in my mind, I couldn't find an answer to it, so I shrugged it off and swiped the blood off of my Katana and sheathed Minami. Finally, I turned back around to gaze over at the conflict toward the southern gate and I sprinted toward the fight.
"Fervis, here I come!"
After sprinting back toward the southern gate, I found myself staring in awe at the unfolding battle. There was no shortage of dead adventurers left among the bodies of the Altervian soldiers.
It had been a while since I had experienced a war, but this was a reminder of what it was like. The thought of ever seeing Fervis's body among the dead filled me with a feeling of dread, but I continued onwards toward the southern gate.
'Fervis will be fine. She's strong after all.'
