Angie stared at me and sighed. "I know you trust me completely Danny but I still need to explain things so at least Max and you will understand. I know you don't need the understanding. I still need to explain." She said in a patient voice.
I frowned. "You sound pissed off at me for some reason." I said.
Angie frowned shaking her head. "Not at all. I find myself having to remind myself of your regard for me being so high. It's something I am not at all used in my life." She said.
I shook my head and started walking toward the open barn. "I don't that very much. You are an intelligent brilliant female." I said.
Angie smiled but said nothing as we entered the barn. I gave Max one last wave before I reached for the door to the Crossroads and went inside.
Angie followed me inside to the building. It felt cold and then it was warm suddenly. I heard music playing and then as I entered the hallway leading to the office. The door to the office opened up.
