I clapped my hands and applauded them. "You see me. That is impressive. I thought it would take you thirty years or never but you see me. Congratulations." I said and really meant it.
Neither one looked at her pleased by my compliments toward them. Erica stared at me. "I know it means nothing to you. But, I want you to know you can trust us with your secret. We won't betray you or turn your weakness against you." She said.
I laughed making them flinch back in reaction. I snorted and waved Fire to ride behind Erica on her horse. "You call not being a monster a weakness. Get the hell out of here. Fire. Get on Erica's horse. You going with us. I won't hear anything other then yes or a head nod. Now that everything is clear between us then let's go on the road because I really am tired." I said and kicked off my horse leading the way out of the barn.
Erica and Fire road up toward me on their horse studying my face with pale worried expressions on their faces.
