Leora and I sat in her opulent office, a map of our territory spread out before us, marked with red pins denoting the locations of rogue demon sightings. The sheer number of pins was unsettling.
"These sightings are abnormally high," Leora said, tapping a pin near the western border. "Something is stirring them up, but I can't pinpoint what."
I nodded, frowning at the map. "It's like they're organizing, or being driven by some unknown force. If we don't get this under control, it could lead to chaos."
Leora sighed, running a hand through her red hair. "We need to send a team to investigate, but we can't afford to leave the castle short-staffed right now. There's just too much work to be done here."
"I understand," I replied, my mind already racing with potential solutions. "What if we send a small reconnaissance team first, just to gather information? Then we can decide on a full-scale response based on what they find."
