After 3 months
Two people are fighting each other. They are none other than Sogen and Mr. Rudriger. They are fighting fiercely. Mr. Rudriger says that Sogen has improved more than he expected in past month.
Sogen thinks it was all thanks to Mr. Rudriger's training and also system resources. Also as he started daily training with Mr. Rudriger, system was giving him daily reward as well as 500 system coins for daily training.
His thoughts were interrupted by the voice of Mr. Rudriger."Boy, you have already learned about basic weaponry. It's all for today," He says. Then Sogen to go to his room. Sogen then, open the system. He says," By training in last 3 months, now I have reached 'Earth Realm 4rd Stage Peak'. I have get system coins as well as some basic books knowledge as daily rewards from system. I have learned about Basic Alchemy, Basic Poisions. Now I have 28000 system coins." Then he pause for a moment and starts to tell that even though he has knowledge of alchemy, it is not much useful to him because alchemy is used by 'Spiritualist'.
Spiritualist are very rare as compare to energy cultivators. Spiritualists do not cultivate energy but rather they use spiritual energy. Spiritual energy can not be cultivated rather it is within a person from his birth. To gain spiritual energy a person has to open his spiritual meridians just like energy meridians but it is not easy as energy meridians because for a normal person without resources it takes almost 10 to 20 years even to open their spiritual meridians. And if he has very less spiritual energy it is not even worth 10 to 20 years of practice on it. Only very big clans are able to make a person spiritualist with their resources. Even Vesga clan, from which Sogen belongs don't have this much resource that they can make a spiritualist. Even to hire a spiritualist they have to give a very huge amount of gold coins and other resources.
A spiritualist is not just respected in an empire but on whole continent. He can change a war by himself by making many types of pill for his side.
Sogen sighs with hopelessness and says ," I don't even have a clan to support me how can I even open my spiritual energy meridians and even if I have a good talent it will minimum takes 6 to 7 years, and what if I don't have very much spiritual energy, it will be a waste of time." There was a sadness on his face, he was helpless here. But suddenly a system notification pop up before him," Host, Do you want to open your spiritual meridians? Cost-: 40,000 system coins. Yes or No." For a moment Sogen was shocked but as soon as he realised what's happening
there was no limit to his happiness. He realised that with the help of system he can easily open his spiritual meridians and he says yes. Another notification pop up ," Host the process will be very painfull, do you still want to open them. With a determination in his eyes Sogen again says,"Yes".
As the process starts Sogen starts to feel an unbearable pain, he grins his teeth and endures it. After 30 mins the pain starts to disappear and after 4 hours it compelety disappears. But Sogen was still in lotus position and shows no sign of opening his eyes. After 2 hours every object near him starts to levitate.
In workshop, Mr. Rudriger was thinking why Sogen has not come to work. He starts to go to his room. As he opens his room gate, he was amazed at the sight, he sees everything levitating before him. He was surprised for a moment but then his eyes starts to glimmer with joy. He waited there for 2 hours. Then Sogen open his eyes and every levitating object fall down suddenly. Sogen was very happy to see his spiritual meridians open but as soon as he sees the state of his room he became worried and he was even more shocked as he sees Mr. Rudriger staring at him.
Before Sogen could say something, Mr. Rudriger asks him to clean the mess and come to the workshop and after saying it he leaves. Sogen starts cleaning the mess in room and after 10 mins he reached at workshop. He goes on chair and starts to work but suddenly Mr. Rudriger calls him to his counter and asks," Boy are you from a big clan?." Sogen was surprised to hear this question, it was unexpected for him but then he calms himself and tells Mr. Rudriger that he was from Vesga Clan but he was banished. Mr. Rudriger was confused as why any clan will banish their clan member who is a prodigy as Sogen can easily comes in top prodigies in empire easily so Mr. Rudriger asks him the reason for his banishment. As Sogen has trained several days under Mr. Rudriger he did not hide anything and tells all the things happen to him except system.
Mr. Rudriger was even more surprised to hear this." So boy, basically you are saying you had been cursed and by miracle you were able to remove it.", Mr. Rudriger says. Sogen did not tell about system to Mr. Rudriger because he thinks that it is not the right time and it is not easy to explain about system to him. Then Mr. Rudriger asks him about the name of his curse. First Sogen hesitates for a minute but then he tells 'The Curse of Beshmuth'. Mr. Rudriger stood up from his chair as he hears curse's name and says,"What?The Curse of Beshmuth." Sogen was surprised to hear this and asks if he knows about it. To which Mr. Rudriger says boy it is not a normal curse I had once read it in ancient books but there was not much information on it. In books it was written that this curse is almost impossible to lift and affects a person lifetime. But the curse is not casted by the victim's body part or other materials but his talent grade and it requires a huge amount of precious materials which are not easy to find. Even if our Baiso Empire takes out all their money and all their resources they will not be able to gain few parts of the materials. But the most important thing is that it requires minimum 'Divine Realm' Cultivator's blood sacrifice. Sogen was listening to all this and was even more surprised to hear about Divine Realm cultivator sacrifice because there are very few almost 3 or 4 Destroyer Realm cultivators in whole Baiso Empire.
