Crouching in an fallen tree trunk a creature can be seen holding birds wings spanning half a meter long and eating it.
The creature has green color skin with pointy ears. There's plenty of claw marks in it's body some even have dark green liquid gushing out of.
Standing 5 meters from the goblin Ronn and the clone observed it and then dash towards the goblin.
Ronn on the right side holding his mop handle that begun to show dent while his clone to the left holding a stone knife that he stored in his inventory earlier.
After closing the gap Ronn swing his weapon to the goblin who was startled by the appearance of the two.
Hitting the goblin to the head as much a he could the goblins head crack and dark green liquid spray in his body.
The clone who is about to strike suddenly stop and looked at Ronn.
Ronn whose body got sprayed by dark green liquid suddenly heard a voice:
[ You have killed F rank Goblin ]

"ehhh???" (Ronn)
A confuse voice escape his mouth. Looking at the goblin head he hit. He then look the his clone. The clone then shook his head and said:
"You hit it with all your strength and you're currently an a F- rank compared before you're much stronger so why are you confused?"
"Well it's also an F rank. When i fought the first two it took a least dozen strike to crack open its skull" (Ronn)
"hmm~ maybe this goblin is just weak?" (clone)
"No maybe i just got stronger" (Ronn)
"well no point thinking about it let's just check if it has a core and find another one" (clone)
"Okay, the you do it" Ronn said while standing like a guard.
"Why me??" (clone)
"Because you got the knife??" (Ronn)
"So that's why you give me the knife" The clone said realizing why Ronn give him the knife instead of the mop handle.
Then the clone crouch besides the goblin and started checking if it has core. After 20 seconds the clone got up while holding an core.
Tossing it to Ronn the clone said:
"Here"
Ronn catch it and sat down in one of fallen tree's branchs then begun absorbing it.
It only took 30 seconds before he absored it completely. The core glow disappeared and crack appeared on it then broke into pieces disappearing into thin air.
Opening his eyes ron could feel the increase of Mana in his core. Checking the Status Window he saw that the Core Saturation becomes 1/1000.
"So I need at least a thousand of Cores to Saturate it." (Ronn)
"a thousand huh, Then lets hunt more" (clone)
Ronn nodded at the clone then proceed to move to look for prey to kill.

After few hours
Inside of a cave with a two 4 meters tall tree on to side of the entrance. Two human can be seen holding an glowing orb in both hands while sitting.
After few minutes of an orb breaking and picking up another. Ronn suddenly opened his eyes.
Clenching and unclenching his palm he could feel that he grew slightly stronger.

Closing his Status Window he muttered.
"23/1000 after 4 hours of hunting"
The clone look at him and said:
"It's a progress. And we should be more careful in the next hunt"
Listening to his clone talking, he touch his forehead that's covered in cloth and feel a slight ache where he touch.
He got a wound while fighting two goblins, he got confident and rush while holding his weapon.
He swing it horizontal but the first goblin dodge it by ducking hitting only the one besides it then the goblin that dodge then jump and slash its sharp stone like knife towards my neck.
Due to the momentum of my swing my weapon is moving sideways and the knife will slice my neck before I can block it.
So I used my right arm and fold it like that of a boxer defense to block the attack while jumping backwards. It manages to slice shallow cut in my arms before after distancing myself I look at the cut and a slightly feel string from it.
Looking back at the goblin that standing. The goblin's foot suddenly expands a little then the goblin dash towards me with an explosive speed reaching me quickly.
It point it's knife tip targeting my throat then stabbed it. Reacting to the stab I instinctively tried to catch the hand that holds the knife with my right hand.
Fortunately I manage to grab and hold the goblins wrist. Seeing it's attack being block the goblin then tried to punch my face with its other hand.
Letting go of my weapon, I block the incoming punch with my palm and gripping it tightly. Holding both it's hand I immediately think of a way to attack it, suddenly he saw the goblin tried to bite him.
Without a thought he suddenly use his head to headbutt the approaching goblin's head.
THUD*
After smashing the goblin's head with his, He suddenly felt dizzy his vision becoming becoming blur as he see multiple goblin figure lying on the ground while holding it's forehead.
He quickly tried to shake the dizziness he was feeling. He then suddenly saw his clone approaching and stab the goblin that lying on the ground.
The he approach me and support me to sit and lean on nearby tree. After few minutes the feeling of dizziness disappear and his vision return to normal.
Touching his forehead he could feel a slight ache on it and a sticky liquid. Looking at his hand that he used is has blood in it.
Then he heard his Clone spoke to him.
"How are you feeling"
Looking at his clone who was standing while leaning it's back at a tree looking at him. He replied:
"The diziness already disappeared."
"Hitting the enemy with your head is a bad move" (clone)
"If you were on my situation you would done the same" (Ronn)
"Well maybe or maybe not. Ohh by the way It's rank is F+" (clone)
"So that's why it was stronger than other goblin we killed. Did you find a Core?" (Ronn)
"Yeah those two have one each" (clone)
"Then let's leave and find a place to absorb all the core we collect" (Ronn)
Then they begun to moved.
Back to the present:
"Let's move now" (Ronn)
Then they exit the Cave and begin to move further and further into the distance.
While moving they encounter goblins and some bird like monster and cook it.
As for how they start the fire, Ronn did what he watch when browsing in the internet about survival tips.
After almost an hour of starting a fire they manage to lit one then using the sharp stone knife that they from the F+ rank goblin they, no, no, the clone do the butchering if it can be called that.
The clone just cut it into pieces after removing all the organs and feather leaving only the meat.
As for the hygiene they can't find water so they just roast it in fire more longer hoping the fire eliminate the bacteria in to meat.
After eating they begin to move again, hunting absorbing core hunting again and absorbing core until the sky begun to turn dark.
They begun to find a suitable place to pass the night. When the sky is already turning dark they reach a slope.
Through the slope they see an forest below.
"So we were on a mountain." (Ronn)
"Yeah" (clone)
"Let's just climb a tree to sleep. It's hard to find Cave or something when it's dark and we don't know how dangerous it is at night." (Ronn)
The Clone nodded and they begun Climbing a nearby 4.5 meter tall tree and sitting on a branch of Ronn begin to check his Status Window.

"Should we take turn to sleep and watch?" (clone)

He deliberately spoke the last part clearly word by word. The clone then said.
"yeah yeah,, hope you fall in that branch"
Sitting in a branch Ronn stretch his arm pointing towards his clone. Fist clench palm facing upward then raise his middle finger.
The clone then raise both his arms and done the same thing pointing at Ronn.
They both stay like that for 5 seconds and then begun minding their own business.
Ronn sleeping while the clone watch. This continued for 5 hours before they switch with the clone sleeping and Ronn watch.
Luckily no monster approach them. Then when night is almost over and the sky is beginning to turn brighter.
Ronn using his mop handle that has bent in different parts tap the clone thats sleeping waking it up.
