Though puzzled by the hidden details, Asher understood that revealing this information could bring more harm than good, so he chose to remain silent. Just as he was about to delve into the nature of his skills, the elderly man's voice interrupted his thoughts.

"As I can see, most of you have read your Data Panels."

Looking through the crowd, the elderly man continued, "Let me explain some details about the Data Panel. The Bloodline represents your hidden power, which can be inherited from your parents. It connects your strength to the lineage of the creature you're associated with, providing unique abilities and enhancements.

Titles are representations of your achievements, personality, and various aspects of yourself that we humans have yet to fully comprehend.

Power determines your overall power ranking.

Profession indicates the professions you take. You can have multiple professions depending on your hobbies, dedication, and will to improve.

Strength represents your physical attack power and overall physical strength.

Agility measures your speed, dexterity, critical hit rate, attack speed, and reflexes.

Physique indicates your health, stamina, resistances, and health recovery rate.

Aether measures the amount of aether your body can hold. This is crucial for performing aether-based skills and spells.

Intelligence represents your mental power, including mental resistance, aether recovery rate, and memory.

Affinities denote the elements you can interact with. Most individuals can use skills related to certain affinities only.

Familiars and Summons are the monsters you have contracted and summoned, aiding you in various ways.

Skills represent the techniques you can use. Some may have fewer, while others may possess powerful skills, but it all depends on how you utilize them. Some of you might be confused about what your skills are and how to use them. For that, I need you to concentrate on the skill names."

He paused, allowing the students to absorb the information before proceeding further.

As Asher heard that, he immediately concentrated on his skills:

Prudence's Insight: Analyze people, situations, and objects with exceptional clarity. This skill grants the ability to detect hidden motives, foresee potential danger, and make calculated decisions to maximize success.

Prudence's Veil: A stealth skill that allows the user to blend into their surroundings and move unnoticed. Only those who are three levels higher can sense the user.

Mirror of Pride: Reflects a portion of any damage or negative effects back to the attacker. The more confident and self-assured the user, the greater the reflection percentage.

Pride's Illusion: Creates a grand illusion that masks the true Data Panel with a facade of pride and grandeur. This ability taps into the sin of Pride, projecting a false image to deceive others.

Although he was still confused about most skills, he felt a sense of understanding about how to use them and what they entailed. He looked around and saw one of his classmates deep in thought. He decided to use Prudence's Insight on him, and a new Data Panel appeared in front of him:

Situation: Eager to use his skills

Although he felt a small mental pressure, he concentrated on the skills of the other party:

Poison Synthesis: Synthesize poison after gaining deep knowledge about them and acquiring the required materials.

Poison Touch: Can spread poison through touch.

Poison Pool: A deep space to store various poisons created.

After reading the details, he made a mental note to avoid touching Evan.

After realizing he could read others' information, Asher felt fortunate to possess Pride's Illusion, which allowed him to fabricate a fake data panel. This ability shielded him from potential spies who might exploit his weaknesses or strengths. He immediately activated Pride's Illusion, creating a new data panel where all information appeared blank. After some deliberation, he formulated a new profile, intending to refine it further once he returned home. Concentrating again, he reviewed his updated data panel:

Name: Asher Embers

Level: 0 (0/50 Exp)

Bloodline: Nil

Titles: Prideful, Prudent

Traits: Pride, Prudence

Skills: Prudence's Veil, Mirror of Pride

Power: Minor

Profession(s): Nil

Familiar: Nil

Summons: Nil

Strength: 8

Agility: 8

Physique: 10

Aether: 90

Intelligence: 12

Affinities: Illusion

As he attempted to adjust his affinities, Asher realized the vast array of affinities in existence. After careful consideration, he selected Illusion, aligning it with his skills and abilities.

After secretly using Prudence's Insight on those around him, Asher delved into their thoughts and details, feeling repulsed by some of what he discovered. The mental strain he felt made him realize he couldn't repeatedly use his skills. However, he also realized that Prudence's Insight wasn't just about reading information—it extended to understanding situations, detecting hidden motives, and foreseeing potential dangers. Reflecting on this, he recalled the skill's description and its broader applications.

Lost in his own thoughts, Asher was jolted back to reality by the elder's voice resonating through the hall. "I trust most of you have comprehended your data and skills by now, and some are eager to put them to the test. Let me conclude this ceremony with a few insights," the elder said, pausing briefly before continuing. "While your data and skills are personal, you may share them with trusted individuals to explore their potential. The government even offers rewards for those who register their skills, enhancing knowledge for future generations. Lastly, I wish you all the best and urge caution in your actions from this day forward." With those words, the elder stepped off the stage.

Ms. Clarissa's call for the class to return to the bus pulled Asher from his contemplation, and he silently made his way towards the exit.
