If Eira had shorter hair now and wasn't wearing her trademark twin tails that she had had since I first met them and even, according to my memories, they would never change that hairstyle and would have it until the end of their lives.
I felt a cognitive dissonance upon seeing her, to the point that I found it hard to believe it was her. That surprised me so much that all the nervousness I felt vanished and curiosity set in.
