My plan had been set into motion. All of the Draugr had been blinded by their greed and quickly trapped themselves into the tunnel. The drop might not have killed them, but they were all trapped. Well all except one. It seems like the Draugr I picked on initially valued vengeance over its insatiable greed. It began its assault letting out a primal roar. "AHHHHHGHKRA" it bellowed out with rage and knew I couldn't waste any time. I picked up a nearby rock and threw it in its mouth. It may not be a zombie, but I'm not keen on letting it bite me. It pounced on me, our hands tied up and I soon felt a sharp pain. It was clawing at me as if I was some sort of present to be unwrapped. The pain was excruciating, but not enough to stop me. I popped its arms up and went in for a double leg. I power lifted it and with my life on the line I ran forward crashing the Draugr just before the hole. The Draugr shot back up to its feet with no struggle, but it didn't matter. With one kick to its chest I pushed it into the pit. "THIS IS SPARTA!" I yelled out. "I've always wanted to say that." The adrenaline slowly ran out and soon I was reminded of the cuts on my arm. My arms were bleeding a little, but it was nothing serious. During that little scrimmage with the Draugr I remembered something. It was a movie about a place called Sparta in Greece. I used to watch that movie with my dad. My dad he was… he was… what was he? Who was he? I know I have or at the very least had one and I watched movies with him, but I can't remember anything else about him. The more I thought about it the more blurry and fuzzy my memory became. I kept trying and trying and I did remember one thing. He taught me how to wrestle. He was very passionate about it, but other than that I couldn't recall anything else. Not what he looked like, what he did, his name, nothing. "What about my mom? Do I have siblings? I need to learn more. I need to venture deeper." Now that the Draugr were taken care of the crystals were free to take. Such beautiful crystals. "I should take them all. They're so helpful." I took out my Pickaxe and just as I was about to swing I stopped myself. "Wait what am I talking about. I need to limit the Pickaxe's use. It's corruption is worse than I thought." Scavenging the site I found some crystals that had already been mined or had fallen down. I couldn't hold too many, but I could afford carrying one or two in my pockets just in case. I took the path and surprisingly met no more Draugr. It was a bit frightening actually. Not only that, but as I continued on the cave's path I heard more and more rumbles. It sounded like a gunshot. It roared like thunder and I had to make sure to check the Book in order to not be crushed by falling stone caused by the cave's rumbling. Eventually, on my journey I found something interesting. I was mesmerized desperately hoping it not to be a cruel trick from my mind. What laid before my eyes was water! It wasn't just any water it looked clean. It sparkled like the crystals it looked so beautiful. I made my way towards the water desperate to replenish my body with a clean drink. I gulped the water greedily. I drank to my heart's content, but something felt terribly wrong. The water tasted great and it didn't seem dirty yet I still had a foreboding feeling. I gazed upon my surrounding area and yet I found nothing out of the ordinary. "There isn't any Darugr. Maybe I'm just paranoid." I dismiss my previous concerns and yet I'm unable to shake off the feeling of imminent danger. I pull out the book in an attempt to soothe my mind or possibly warn me of any hidden danger. I crack the book open and suddenly CRACK! A rumble reminiscent of thunder roars out. Now with more urgency I pull out a crystal to illuminate the book's pages, but I'm unable to as I'm suddenly faced with the crash of a wave. The clear water had begun to unnaturally flow out in a controlled burst to knock me down. As I got up I hastily grabbed the sharp crystal and pointed it at whatever danger there could be. Looking up I was met with a strange figure. I could tell from a glance they weren't a Draugr. Yet, strangely they didn't feel human either. "Who are you?"
