The time is ticking for the temporary truce.
Papillon bit her fingernails over again till she had none left. The pain reminded her. After a while the fingernails grew back; and she went back to biting them.
"Tsk" Tobias grew bored watching her.
He and Jude are the only calm ones.
Although Jude also had a furrowed brows all day.
He really didn't care.
He knew he will die in the hands of Joseph today and has resorted to fulfilling all his wishes at the ones easier to do.
Things like...um..are out of the list.
"Chill Papi" Tobias called out in a helpless voice.
The pacing is making him a little dizzy.
Papillon paused seemingly thinking it through and resumed walking.
Tobias rolled his eyes and got up to leave.
Time to tick off another item on the bucket list.
Jude walked in, his brows are still furrowed even tighter than in morning. His fist are clenched by his sides.
He glanced at the timer on his phone and saw an half hour before the twenty four hour deadline.
"Don't worry son it will be alright" Joshua patted his shoulder. He had been picked up the day before with the pretext of having to look for someone.
His son didn't explain anything to him. He tactfully didn't ask knowing his mom secretive son have a valid reason for not talking.
Jude glanced up at his father and saw the white lines running in his hair and the slightly receding hairline. Lol
His parents didn't have a child in time and finally had children in their later age.
His mother fought to death for his sister, in the end his sister was still taken and his father forced to submit to preserve her life and his.
They still hadn't recovered his sister and he is sure neither Joseph nor Josephina will ever use her to threaten them!
His father had been picked up so Joseph can't threaten him.
He hate to be the cause why his father would be on guard!
However he didn't feel any regret on anything and instead have a faint inexplicable joy in his heart.
Tobias came back to the room with a few things in his hand and lunge at the seat.
Papillon stopped her pacing and her eyes glanced up at him. The corner of her mouth twitched rapidly.
"What are you wearing?!"
"Underwear" Tobias answered a little confused. Didn't she notice the material on the length or haven't she seen any men underwear?
A vein on Papillon's head twitched.
"I know what an underwear is!"
"Then why did you ask?!" Tobias retorted.
A deep breath with a gritted teeth. " Why are you wearing that here?"
"Bucket list" Why didn't she just say this earlier.
Sometimes ladies can be confusing or confused!
"In only underwear in front of people including a beautiful girl?" Jude lightly asked.
" Yes. That was so accurate" Tobias laughed heartily.
Papillon closed her eyes and took two deep breaths.
"Disgusting"
She quickly fled off to another room closing the door behind her.
Jude watched her fleeing back, his eyes caught sight of her ears turning red.
He smiled easing his mind a bit from the impending danger.
"Too bad the wish wasn't fulfilled thoroughly. The part of the beautiful girl didn't come true"
Now it's Jude mouth turn to twitch.

Jude wisely stood up and walked to the second room taking his father's arm with him.
"Come on dad"
His father eyes twinkled with a bright glow. His careless son is coming back.
Tobias didn't notice the increasingly suffocating air associating the two leaving as something between father and skn and continued mumbling.
"I just had a muscular girl to show for it"
" Damn!" Tobias fell with a large this to the ground.
He silently looked up to see the muscular girl had appeared in front of him at some point.
"Don't give me a heart attack!" He rubbed his chest.
'wait something is wrong!'
He looked up just in time to receive a punch.
Jude lips curled up in the room listening to the sound made.
Nynette wandered back to her house and washed herself up.
She had been imprisoned by Joseph for two days and haven't had anything to eat or drink.
Although her metabolism system is stronger than most she still needs to consume!
Besides she wasn't locked in a regular cell rather an enchanted cell carried around by merpeople.
It is as small as a bottle shrinking the user to it's size and also suppressing their energy to avoid escape.
Merpeople are known to keep grudges especially against land dwellers as they call it. The bottle is a way of avoiding killing by the merpeople but also serving enough punishment.
"That scum!" She tightened her jaw her face twisting tightly. A fierce look lingered in her eyes.
The tortured she suffered from the cell can't compare to a quarter of the humiliation she suffered from Joseph's hands.
She is the heir of the fairy kingdom!
Yet she was casually imprisoned by someone because of a casual talk?!
She wasn't even given a chance to defend herself. She was brought down in front of those lower class guards that can't measure up to a strand of her hair!
This humiliation has to be repaid!
She threw the crumpled plastic of water away, her eyes floated over the picture of she and Nyron.
"That's right" she suddenly remembered he didn't come for her too.
Or maybe it is worse than just an outing or was he also kidnapped?
Or did he perhaps..
"He wouldn't"
Was he the one who took Winter.
Her eyes flickered quietly in the small room.
Come to think of it, Joseph never does anything without enough reasoning.
Did he suspect something and those words confirmed them.
"Nyron will never take Winter without informing me!"
So Joseph mistook his closed door for him taking Winter and he arrested her instead.
"I took the blame for his stupid lock he must repay me handsomely"

How to make Joseph suffer!
