The zombies had completely taken over the area around the apartment building.
This made it even harder for the remaining survivors to escape.
They would either have to wait until their food ran out and starve in their rooms,
or make a desperate attempt to break through the zombies' encirclement.
"Hmph, this works out well. No need to worry about other survivors disturbing us."
Stel walked into the bathroom and took a shower.
He had sweated a lot while killing zombies yesterday.
After coming back, he had fallen straight into bed.
As Stel entered the bathroom, the sound of running water soon filled the room.
He carefully washed every corner of his body.
But for some reason, there was a strange scent that wouldn't wash away.
It wasn't the smell of zombies, nor was it a human smell.
Stel had never noticed this scent on himself before.
It wasn't unpleasant, but it was very complex.
The sound of water from the bathroom disturbed Elsie's sleep.
She slowly opened her eyes.
She was still exhausted from yesterday, and her thighs occasionally felt a tearing pain.
She lifted the blanket, wrapped in only a bath towel.
"Sigh… My favorite nightgown was also torn."
Reluctantly, Elsie went to her bedroom to look for something to wear.
After rummaging around, she couldn't find suitable clothes.
Then, in the corner of her wardrobe, she found her high school uniform.
Elsie felt a bit nostalgic.
She had developed early, and her figure hadn't changed much since high school.
With no other clothes available,
she decided to put on the JK uniform.
Because her legs had grown longer,
the knee-length skirt now looked more like a mini-skirt.
"Hmm, not bad…"
Elsie stood in front of the full-length mirror and twirled around.
She still looked as radiant and beautiful as ever.
Wearing the uniform made her feel several years younger.
So, Elsie decided to wear this outfit from now on.
She tiptoed nervously out of her room.
"Click!"
Just then, the bathroom door opened, and Stel stepped out with a towel wrapped around him.
He saw Elsie.
"…!"
Ding!
Elsie's mind went blank for a moment.
Out of fear of Stel, she quickly lowered her head.
But she was also secretly hoping Stel would compliment her.
"You…"
Stel took a step forward, seeing Elsie in her outfit.
Is Stel going to praise me?
Elsie felt a rush of excitement.
She didn't expect her misfortune to turn into a blessing, making Stel happy with her uniform.
"Master, do you like my…"
"A wretch like you wearing something so pure looks ridiculous."
With that, Stel walked into the bedroom.
He started his daily workout.
Hearing his words, Elsie pouted.
Her whole body shook with anger.
How can you say that about me?!
It's your fault for tearing my clothes, leaving me with nothing to wear!
These words, however, Elsie could only curse Stel with in her mind.
She didn't dare say them out loud.
Frustrated, she went back to change clothes.
After much deliberation, she chose a light camisole and paired it with short denim shorts.
She checked herself in the mirror and was satisfied with the look.
"Hmph, I showed you that uniform, and you didn't like it? You must be blind!"
The more Elsie thought about it, the angrier she got. She stood in front of the mirror, muttering.
To restore her dignity, she wore the light outfit and purposely went to the bedroom.
In front of Stel, she flaunted her legs, striking various seductive poses.
"…"
But she pretended to be oblivious.
Stel was doing push-ups when suddenly two beautiful legs appeared in front of him.
This is distracting as hell!
Stel turned his head, giving Elsie a cold glare.
"Get out of my way. I won't say it again."
"I…"
Startled by Stel's glare, Elsie quickly pulled her legs back.
She kept backing away.
She had no choice. Elsie didn't dare disturb Stel any further and obediently hid on the balcony.
She waited until Stel finished his workout, then decided whether to return based on his mood.
Meanwhile, Bobby on the second floor stepped out onto his balcony.
He looked up and saw those exquisite legs right in front of him.
Oh my god!
I could just eat them up!
Bobby's gaze turned into hooks, latching onto Elsie's beautiful legs.
Unfortunately, something obstructed the view between the two balconies.
He couldn't get a full view of Elsie's body.
But even imagining it, Bobby was already craving more.
"So beautiful, if only I could lick them, they'd surely taste sweet, hehehe…"
Bobby suddenly thought, with Stel definitely dead,
possibly now a zombie among the horde,
why not take this chance to approach Elsie?
After all, he planned to get to her eventually.
"Shhh!"
Bobby took a breath and pursed his lips, leaving a small gap in the middle.
The next second, he blew a loud whistle.
"Hmm…?"
Hearing the whistle, Elsie turned her head in confusion.
A whistle?
She looked down in the direction of the sound.
Sure enough, she saw Bobby's face on the second floor.
Why is it him?!
Elsie remembered Bobby well.
When Bobby's group was wiped out, he abandoned his companions,
using them as bait to escape.
He had hidden in the apartment building.
She never expected him to still be alive and living right next door.
"Remember me?"
Bobby grinned, looking unkempt from neglect.
His teeth were chipped and broken, making him look like a thug collecting protection fees.
"You…"
Elsie's brow furrowed.
Honestly, after getting used to Stel's handsome appearance, seeing Bobby's face made her feel like throwing up.
But she couldn't afford to vomit; she could only eat two meals a day.
And often, it wasn't enough.
"What do you want?"
Elsie asked coldly.
"Hehehe… Don't be so cold. I think it's just you and me left in this building."
"Don't you think we should keep each other warm?"
Bobby's face twisted into a lecherous smile.
Keep each other warm?
What a joke!
Elsie's eyes darkened upon hearing this.
Even if Stel wasn't here, and even if she was about to starve to death,
she would never degrade herself with a man like Bobby.
"Who do you think you are? Keeping warm with you? Have you even looked in a mirror to see what an ugly freak you are?"
"You couldn't touch a single piece of my flesh!"
Elsie was already angry at Stel for ignoring her.
This was the perfect outlet for her anger.
