Although the Bear was paralysed physically it was capable of using its magic and burst out with a loud roar.
However they had been prepared for just that, Negative Mountain Bears had no limit on people they could affect but a distance limit of 15 metres and only Lin Feng was in that limit.
This was because his spells had a lesser range than Mo Fan's and to let the beast think it still had a chance and there was no need to say it was Lingling's plan.

A rose red flame broke out from under the feet of the Bear, it was imperious and ruthless as it tore the Bear a new one. Even the roof of the cave was destroyed by the strike as it collapsed onto the Bear.
" Not good, it can stand now" shouted Lin Feng as he gasped for breath coming out of the mental state and connecting his stars. He felt that his stars would completely break off if he tried to make a Star Pattern and he wasn't a newbie at it either.

The Quagmire moved forward while the Bear was on it's feet and the result was that it plummeted into the quagmire again.
Lin Feng followed that with another Quagmire to hold it in place further.
" Aah huh " screamed Lin Feng in pain as the sounds seemed to reemerge, the Bear was able to use its voice once again and connecting his stars gave him an unimaginable pain in his soul.

His Lightning on the other hand was less impressive compared to his fire element but it's penetrattion was higher as the beast groaned in pain after letting his grip on Lin Feng go.
