One year passed...
Hunter had stopped pretending to be disabled without needing to reveal his lies. Even his mother no longer dared to separate him from Isabella. Everything seemed to go as planned. He successfully brought Isabella on a honeymoon to several of her dream countries, and later his grandfather gifted him a mansion that became their current home.
Life had taken a turn for the better. Returning to his usual activities, Hunter relaxed on the upper terrace, enjoying a cup of coffee paired with a croissant filled with strawberry jam. The dashing man, dressed in a sleek black suit, gazed ahead, occasionally sipping his coffee with calm composure.
"Hunter...!"
He jolted in surprise at Isabella's sudden shout from the bedroom. He dashed inside to find her rushing toward him in excitement.
"Oh my God... It happened! It happened!" Isabella exclaimed, her face alight with enthusiasm.
"What happened?" Hunter asked, confused.
