Chapter 2 - chapter:two a new journey

Liam embarked on a journey to Blossom Tree Mountain, which was mapped out to be three thousand four hundred fifty-six miles away. The long distance posed a challenge as Liam did not have any means of transportation, forcing him to travel on foot. This would take approximately four months, which was too long for Liam's liking. He decided to take the city train instead, despite the fact that it was infested with criminals. Liam was aware of the risks involved, but he chose to keep to himself and avoid any trouble. The train journey would take three days, with stops at various stations. One such station was Farwell Town, known for its gang activity, particularly the notorious Black Scorpion gang. Liam witnessed an incident where two thugs were assaulting an old man, and when they threatened him, Liam fought back. After defeating the thugs, they warned him that he had crossed the wrong people and would now be a target by the Black Scorpion gang. Unfazed, Liam continued on his journey, unaware that the thugs had reported the incident to their bosses,

Nolan and Key were shocked when they heard what Liam did to the thugs, so they placed a bounty of Two Hundred Thousand on his head. Liam, now looking for directions to the next train station, approached a man who appeared to be intoxicated. The man directed Liam to go straight up the road, then take a left, and he would see the train station ahead. Liam thanked the man and continued on his journey, unaware that he was being followed. Nolan and Key were known to have ties to assassins, and if they wanted someone dead, they would simply hire someone. However, every assassin known to Nolan and Key was now after Liam due to the high bounty on his head. It's ironic how people would kill their own kind for money, yet when faced with their own mortality, they come up with excuses to avoid death. The world is filled with individuals who lack empathy and simply follow the cycle of life. Some live with remorse, while others do not. Humanity is its own worst enemy; people despise others in an attempt to elevate themselves or to make others feel their pain. After discovering the train station, Liam was about to board the train when he was stopped in his tracks by a mysterious man in a long dark coat holding a gun. The man explained that Liam had messed with the Black Scorpion gang, and they were not happy. The man revealed that there was a bounty of Two Hundred Thousand on Liam's head, and every assassin was looking for him.Liam was taken aback by the man's words, prompting him to swiftly duck under the man and board the train. As the train left, Liam waved goodbye, wondering how he would get out of this predicament. He decided not to overthink it and opted to get some sleep after a long day.Liam awoke the following day already at the next train station. After disembarking the train, he was greeted by a large bar named The Red Lounges. As he entered, he noticed not only people drinking, but also women dancing. Liam approached the bartender and inquired about a beautiful woman he had seen out of the corner of his eye. She had long purple and dark braids, wore a black leather jacket and pants, had brown skin, and blue eyes like the sea. The bartender explained that she was known as Floydyah, the owner of the bar. Many knew her as the former boss of the Black Scorpion gang, but she had been betrayed by her followers and left for dead. After that, she vowed to never get involved in gang life again. Liam, intrigued by her story, wanted to speak with her. However, before he could do so, gangsters from the Black Scorpion gang stormed into the bar, asking if anyone had seen a young boy with long black hair, white skin, wearing a white shirt, and green jeans.Floydyah took charge as the Black Scorpion gang barged into her bar, warning them that they were trespassing and unwelcome. She threatened to forcefully remove them if they did not comply. The gang members hesitated at her words and brandished their guns.

Threatening to kill everyone and destroy the bar, Floydyah retaliated by pulling out her own guns and shooting one of the lackeys in the head. A fierce gun battle erupted, resulting in bloodshed throughout the bar.

In the chaos, Liam remembered the lackeys who had assaulted the old man and grabbed a gun to join the fight. Floydyah yelled for him to escape through the back exit, urging him to run. Liam fled through the exit door, unsure of where to go or which path to take.
