There was no way the man whom she had just met for a day knew what she had been through earlier. So, the last thing that was possible was the restaurant was a popular one.
Or it was a place he commonly takes the girl he wants for the night.
Of course, Rosalie was not necessarily the girl he wanted for that sort of thing. She wouldn't agree to it even if he offered his entire pocket and car to her.
A one-night stand will only be fun if it remains just that.
But, sadly, Kallix was her roommate's older brother. An unlikely candidate to become her bed partner or even a companion. It would be too awkward.
So, for now, Rosalie just wants to follow the flow and live with the moment.
Kallix popped the door open and got out. Watching him round the car, Rosalie didn't give him the chance to act like a gentleman and open the door for her.
But, maybe, it was the wrong choice because the moment she got out of the car, Kallix stood in front of her.
