Chapter 26 - Mad Demon

Thornwood Village,

Zephyr opened his eyes and looked around.

"What should I do next?" he asked himself.

Zephyr stood up and quickly went to his former house.

He opened his storage and smiled when he saw its contents.

It contained 20 million coins, an amount that was almost unimaginable to most people.

Zephyr nodded at this, then looked at the next item.

There were numerous swords of varying quality, shields, and antiques, items he had acquired from bandits over the past 10 years.

"These are not useful for me, so I might as well sell them all," said Zephyr.

Next, Zephyr looked at the Essence stones inside the storage, which he could use to speed up the increase of his Star-Knight level.

Then he looked at the most important item in the storage.

It was the Lavender Sword!

It had a bonus of 1,000 power when used, making it extremely powerful.

Most knights would kill each other just to obtain this sword.

To knights, a sword is not just a normal weapon.

It is their ally in all battles and trials, so all knights want to acquire a powerful sword.

Zephyr held the Lavender Sword, and his eyes sparkled with joy.

He could feel the lightning from the sword.

This sword had a special attribute for lightning, the Violet Lightning, which was stronger than normal lightning.

After a few moments, Zephyr decided what he would do.

He would go to the Golden Peony clan in Red Valley City, the clan of his parents, and he wanted to visit it.

After a few minutes, Zephyr began his journey.

He planned to go to Ironspire City first because he had many things he wanted to buy there.

While walking towards Ironspire City, Zephyr stopped when he saw a young man walking towards the city not far from him.

Zephyr gripped his hand tightly and ran towards the young man. That young man was none other than Felix!

Boom!

Felix, unaware, suddenly felt a powerful punch hit his face.

He was thrown to the ground in shock, but before he could speak, Zephyr's fist hit his face again.

Zephyr punched him repeatedly in the face until it was covered in blood.

Zephyr was now like a mad demon, throwing rapid punches at Felix's face, which was almost destroyed by now.

Zephyr raised his right fist and then used proper energy control to draw lightning from nature.

Even though he hadn't fully controlled it yet, he could still use it because he had trained for 10 years.

Boom!

When Zephyr's lightning fist hit Felix's bloody face, it shattered into pieces!

And just like that, Felix died.

He didn't even see who killed him or why it happened while he was happily walking to Ironspire City to join the Patrol Team.
