Isaac was walking around the two-story building that the party would be held at while Joe made sure that he was protected from a distance. There were also a few police cars patrolling and stationed around and inside the building. There was still a few hours before the party started, so he had a lot of time to kill.
Isaac was dawned in a white tuxedo that perfectly accented his brown hair and brown eyes. Isaac ran a hand through his hair as he felt his phone vibrate. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and read the caller ID.
The caller ID read, "Queen❤️."
Isaac waited a few seconds before answering the phone.
"Hello?" He spoke into it.
["Tate! Have you seen social media?" ] Thea exclaimed from the other side of the phone.
"Are you referring to the picture someone took of us sharing a hug?" Isaac asked, a smile displayed on his face as he talked to her.
["Ugh! People can't give others privacy anymore these days. Anyways, I called you just to let you know I'm on the way.. and about the picture."]
"Alright, see you here, Thea." He said, hanging up the phone.
Isaac decided that he had explored enough and decided to interact with some of the people already here. Those conversations didn't last long, because Isaac had the unfortunate realization that most of these people were stuck up, rich, assholes.
'I wonder if any of these rich people are on Oliver's list.' Isaac contemplated legitimately.
While Isaac was sitting down and vibing on his own, something unexpected was going on in the background. The Mob that Isaac had previously pissed off in his second to last fight back in Central City, hasn't forgot what he did to their boss's son.
Since the party wasn't a private party, they had enough information to plan an attack on him during the party. They had connections with a gang in Starling City that would help them complete the hit out on Isaac. They guaranteed a big reward if they killed him.
The Mob had snuck some of their men and some of the gang's men into the staff and even some were disguised as rich people. Although they were outnumbered by the number of police both inside and out, the sheer unpredictability that the group had should be enough to take him down while sacrificing little of their forces.
The Mob had the element of surprise in this situation and they had no intention of giving it up.

-Isaac Allen's View-
After a few hours of waiting, slowly but surely everyone ended up arriving. Right now I found myself discussing the sport of boxing with a random guy who was also sponsoring the event.
"Me personally I think that Muhammad Ali is the greatest boxer of all time." The sponsor said.
"Respect to Muhammad Ali, but he'd only be number one if Mike Tyson never decided to box. Mike Tyson, pound for pound, is the greatest heavyweight of all time." In my past life there were many debates surrounding who the "Goat" was of every sport.
Examples like Michael Jordan vs LeBron James for basketball or Tom Brady vs Patrick Mahomes for football. In most sports there was no way of getting the masses to agree on an individual player to be the greatest of all time in that sport.
'These answers seem easy to me. Michael Jordan's the GOAT of basketball and Tom Brady is to football.'
The debate branched into other sports, but the sponsor had business to attend to and left. Thankfully, the Queen family had arrived right before I got bored. Instead of the original five that came to the boxing matches, it was only three. Thea, Walter, and Moira.
Moira and Walter went to talk to business competitors and other rich people, leaving Thea to wander by herself.
I quickly approached her and casually slung my arm around her shoulder, lightly startling her.
"Hey Thea. Man you guys took awhile, I was getting bored. You look amazing by the way." Thea smiled when she saw it was me, but she lightly hit my arm.
"Asshole, don't do that, you scared me. If we weren't at an event I probably would have slapped you." A silence enveloped us as we just continued to look at each other.
"Ahem, you look great too Tate." She said, messing with my tie.
"Thank you. Now I need a nickname for you. What does your family call you?" She cringed at the question. I already knew her nickname was "Speedy", but if I called her that without anyone telling me, that would be very strange.
"Promise me you won't make fun of me?"
"I promise." She sighed at my eagerness to "learn" what it was.
"It's Speedy."
"Speedy? Why do they call you Speedy?" I feigned ignorance.
It got silent after that and Thea looked down. I understood that she still wasn't ready to talk about Oliver, so I buried the subject.
"Sorry if that was a touchy subject. We can talk about something else." She nodded in contempt, her eyes meeting mine. We walked alongside each other on the way to the juice bar. Knowing her, she probably wanted some alcohol.
"Let me get a water." I said to the man behind the counter.
"Get me a pineapple." Thea said to him, putting emphasis on "Pineapple."
'She must know him.' He came back with a glass of water and "pineapple juice", but I could smell it from right here, that was definitely not pineapple juice.
I said nothing about it because I was in no place to speak on it.
'I'm going to have to be a great influence on her character if I want her to change. She's already drinking and probably smoking at this age. Teenagers are very stubborn so unless she really started to look up to me like an idol, she probably won't stop.' I assessed my options and decided to continue being a great role model for Thea.
Just when I was about to strike up a conversation with Thea, a very good Jazz song started playing from the DJ's booth. I look towards Thea with a knowing grin. She playfully rolled her eyes at me, almost reading my mind.
"You like Jazz?"
