Dragonslayer99
That was the username of the person who had tormented me during my years as a writer. To be honest, that wasn't even his first username; his previous accounts had been banned for harassment.
How many accounts had he created? Never in my life had I encountered someone so dedicated to hatred.
Hate. That single word encapsulated him, yet it felt inadequate to convey the depth of his animosity. I couldn't count the number of vile comments I had deleted because of him.
The depth of his reasoning?
He believed I was a plagiarist who had stolen Song of Nightmares and disguised it as my own under a new title. He was, of course, wrong. But dealing with such relentless accusations wasn't easy, and resentment had taken root.
Even now, as I stared at the man known as No. 888, the thought lingered in my mind:
Was he really the one behind the username 'Dragonslayer99'?
