Returning to Coral Cove after their success in the Deep Blue Abyss, Turbo, Shelly, and Whiskers were greeted as heroes once again. However, they knew that their victory was only a small part of the larger mission. To truly protect the ocean's balance, they needed to establish a more permanent and organized way to respond to threats.
In a grand meeting at the heart of Coral Cove, Turbo addressed the gathered ocean creatures. "We've faced many challenges and overcome them together. But the ocean is vast, and we need a way to protect it more effectively. I propose we form a Council of Guardians, a group dedicated to watching over and defending the ocean."
The idea was met with enthusiastic support. Elder Tortoise, Queen Marina, and Mayor Finley were among the first to endorse the formation of the council. Representatives from various realms of the ocean volunteered to join, bringing their unique skills and knowledge to the table.
