"ID, please," the guard said, eyeing Seiji with a suspicious gaze.
Seiji casually handed over his identity card, trying to maintain a relaxed demeanor. The guard glanced at it and then looked back up. "What's the purpose of your visit here?"
Seiji shrugged nonchalantly. "I'm just a wanderer, you know? Traveling from place to place, enjoying the sights."
The guard raised an eyebrow, clearly not convinced. "Put your hand on the crystal. It's a routine scan to check for any criminal records."
Seiji's heart skipped a beat. He had been with plenty of women—many of them married—but he hadn't considered that such activities could land him in trouble. Is fucking other people's wives a crime here? he thought, his mind racing. He hesitated for a moment but realized there was no way out.
