I sat there blankly as i stared at the huge dragon before me, i could not have imagined that i had been chosen and my fate had been sealed way before i was born, even though i was happy that atleast that helped me to know the true nature of the people i was safdened because my existance meant that i was destined to leave without my parents just so as to be hardened since my task wad one that needed courage with no hinderence, well no parent would want thete child to undergo any harm. " What about Alvira, was she part of this?" I asked with uncertainities, i rubbed my hands as i could feel cold sweat drippind down my back. part of me wished that she was and another wished that she was not.
" well, unfortunately yes she was, that was why she too had to loose every family member, as for Uncle Winter, he was too since he was meant to be your right hand man along with Alvira.
that was why when you asked him to ensure you are not disturbed when you wh3n Alvira was transforming he never questioned." Drayce said with a mischevious look." but when he saw me transforming he looked scared, " ha...ha...ha...ha." i never knew that Lucian could begood at acting," Drayce said laughing his ass out." huh! who is Lucian? I asked confused at the name, " well Lucian is Winter's dragon name, he is a powerful dragon, well lrts say he is the demonic dragon' general, which means he is second in comand after you"
" That is quite eye opening, who would have thought that my life would have this kind of turns." I said with a surprised tone. " well back to business kiddo, so like i was saying, i am supposed to dissappear completely as my successor is already found.
My life as a guardian seems to be ending here too, i want to entrust this job unto you and am sure you will do a good job in protecting the human race although it would have been better if things would end peacefully but it seems like what we wish for is not always what we get.
So kiddo, time is not on our side, i will entrust the remaining half of my powers to you, as the new guardian of the human race, yoy fo not need to worry too much b3cause Lucian will be there to guide you through."
Drayce said as he started fading away into small shinny particles which in turn entered my body in one go. I felt extreme pain that i thought i was going to burst open, all that took about two hours before it finally stopped and i could feel the power and strenght inside me had greately increased. " good luck kiddo" " Good bye to you too Drayce, i will not dissappoint you" I said with a smile as i felt my vission blurrying into darkness ones again.
