Avier's pov( flash back)

"Please stop, it hurts, Sam please help me." i sat down begging for mercy from those bullies but my please seamed to have fallen on deaf ears. Sam, the only person whom i considered a friend just stood there watching with a grin plastered on his round face." Sorry buddy but i can't help you, we are no longer in the same class, here only strenght is recognised not weaklings."i stared wide eyed with shock evident on my face. i couldnot believe those words came from the only closest person i had after the demise of my family in a catastrophy that occured when we experienced war which destroyed our land. My friends family took me in, and we both enrolled at Eastwind academy, school of supernaturals.Here we are expected to to learn for a period of time before we can awaken our abilities at the age of 15 years.I calmed myself, trying not to believe that my friend could abandon me and i tried my luck once again by mentioning how our friendship has been since we were only 5years old but it downed on me that my friend has never seen me as friend when he spelt every word from his mouth,"don't be delusional Avier, i was just fooling around with you, who in this world would want to associate themselves with trash. Let me tell you another secret, my parents never liked you, they wete only pretending to be and death of your family wa a relief and now you finally we are able to fispose you off since you don't have any ability.we only took you in thinking that you were special since that could bring us great benefits but....., it seems like you are just like your family useless as ever." hahahaha, "wow Sam, i never knew this guy was motching off your family, ha ha ha ha" and to think that he was trying to fit in our circle how shameless, tsk." those words cut through my heart like hundred knives tearing me apart.The bullies continued beating me up but this time i never tried to beg them knowing it was useless. when they felt satisfied they left me lying there motionless on the brink of death. i turned to face their silhoets as they disappeared, Sam gave me one last look with a smug written on his face." how stupid was i to trust them," i sighed as darkness enveloped me.

Those were the last words i had before i sank in the deep abiss of darkness.
