The flesh bird was no more, its life earlier was now reduced to nothing. Reeva's eyes widen, The arrow that the tower fired wasn't just wasted! Instead of it pilling on the ice somewhere to formed into another tower and shot its own arrow at the bird.
Now that Reeva saw the whole plan, the bird had no chance at all. It put up more of a fight than the rest of the animals that he had seen so far but they never had this trick that the hunt goddess used.
It goes against Reeva's expectations; he expected the deity to be significantly less brilliant because she was created solely through the people's beliefs.
The flesh that it shot off now quickly returned to the tower, along with more of the bird flesh traveling into the tower. Reeva stood on the top of the cylinder and rode the height that the tower was rebuilding. Reeva was able to stay on top because the tower didn't rebuild the top layer but reinforced the bottom layer and built it back up.
