Reeva thought about the mechanism of how to get here earlier. But the more he thought about it the more it didn't make sense. Because it was time he thought it was about intention. Like how sleeping with the intention of coming here would make him come here.
However what about the first time he appeared here? There was no way he would know about this place before. He vaguely knew it existed but he didn't know exactly how he was brought to this place.
The best he could come up with was the author doing something again. And at this point, he would have to go with whatever the guy like him to do. He still didn't know that the author was a part of this world or above it.
Some evidence suggests that he had more power than the sun god but in the novel, there were definitely things more powerful than the sun god. Although they could be counted on one hand, the being called the Author wasn't in the novel.
