Ishida , Sakura and Kazuki approached the demon slayer corpse's headquarter, while most of the road both Sakura and Kazuki had there fair share of conversation while Ishida remained silent.
He time to time looked at both , as they both reminded him very much of Ichiro and Yuzu. They were very similar to these two , in both personality and age.
His mind flooded with memories, memories of his family, his siblings and his mother. But he promised himself not to let those memories be obstacle in his way, or become his weakness, he would need to make those memories his strength and avenge his family at all cost.
After the reporting of mission was complete, Ishida was told to move in the headquarter of demon slayer corpse, as it was getting problematic to reach him in that far distance, and to give him mission.
So, Ishida returned back to his home, as Sakura and Kazuki returned to their way as well.
After returning, as suggested by the demon slayer corpse, he took his staff and left his house - as for his thinking 'For the time being' and joined the demon slayer corpse's headquarter.
There were other demon slayers too in that place, and he learned about the Hashiras as well from here. Which was a surprise for him, because after the final selection when the two girls were stating the ranks , they never mentioned the rank called Hashira even once. He was a bit confused about it, but then focused more on the things that needed focus.
With missions with Sakura and sometimes solo, and doing daily tasks he continued his growth.
1 week after moving in the corpse headquarter,
Ishida had completed a total 4 missions in last 1 week. From these only 1 was with Sakura , and others were him alone. Because, Sakura got injured from the first mission and couldn't join in.
The speed he completed his missions stunned everyone, even some of the demon slayers were surprised.
In just 1 week, he went from being at the Mizunoto, to Being at Mizunoe Rank, although, the corpse was intrigued by his ability, he was only ranked up one rank.

In 7 days, because of the missions , his level went from 21 to 24 in no time and also unlocking one new breathing form. He was growing constantly with a rapid pace , which he himself didn't expected from himself.
At The eights day, Early Morning... Ishida woke up at the Demon Slayer Corpse's headquarter, as he received message from his Kasugai Crow, about a mission. A mission to a village where disappearance has been reported, from Market to everything was closed , and people were afraid to go outside now.
To Ishida's surprise , the village was none other than the place he himself comes from. Though, his house was a little far from the village, it was considered to be on that village. And the market was also the market that he used to go everyday to sell fruits and all.
Hearing this, he immediately got ready to leave for the mission, alone. Because, Sakura had small injury, although, he could give her the instant healing potion, but if he did that ,and in front of the other demon slayers, he have to do a lot of explaining to do , so he simply didn't.
After that he left for the mission to his village.
But one thing was bothering him very much was that, without the attack on his family, they mostly never heard about any demon incident in their village that much.
Yes there were incident nearby villages, but not that much on his village. And even the time after the attack on his family , there was no single incident of demon, and he didn't even sensed any demon nearby while being there, and yet, just 1 week after he leftq there was incidents of disappearance.
