Castiel walked back to the lake to drink water once again, even though his stomach was already bloated. He couldn't wait anymore to regenerate his mana. Also, he was too excited to get back to the village to deliver the good news.
As he drank, his two new comrades watched him with curiosity. The dragon, Karikuro, finally couldn't hold back his question any longer.
"Hey! I've noticed you've been drinking a lot of water since you got here. I understand it's really hot, but you seem a bit obsessed with it. Your stomach looks like it's about to explode!"
Castiel paused mid-drink, wiped his mouth, and turned to answer Karikuro's question.
"I need to recharge my mana by drinking water from here. Haven't you heard about this magical lake? You live here, right?"q
Karikuro scratched his head, trying hard to suppress a laugh after hearing Castiel's explanation. But despite his best efforts, the dragon couldn't hold it in and burst into laughter.
