Akasha opened her eyes and saw a familiar skylight, her own room.
"I passed out again?"
Akasha did not think that training with Erina would make his unconscious.
"Great, is martial arts even capable of something like that."
Akasha recalled the events before he passed out and could only be impressed about how great martial arts itself was.
(I couldn't see all the master moves and when I realized I was wrapped up and in an instant I fell and fainted. If I can master that, I might be invincible.)
Although Akasha had never met a human other than his master but Akasha felt confident that if she learned martial arts from Erina, he would be closer to his goal.
Akasha hurriedly changed and left the room and immediately went downstairs. Akasha looked into the kitchen and found Erina making her usual breakfast. Erina immediately noticed Akasha presence and greeted Akasha.
"Morning."
"Morning master. I-"
*Hungry stomach*
Akasha tried to say something but the sound of her very loud stomach even rivaled Akasha voice.
"Hehe, wait at the dining table. The food will be ready soon. "
Akasha just nodded his head.
After that Erina brought her usual deadly food for them to eat.
"Today breakfast is this! A breakfast specially made to restore lost energy."
Erina said arrogantly and then placed a meal (?) in front of Akasha. It was hard to distinguish between each dish Erina made because they were all black and purple but Akasha who was used to it was able to distinguish each of Erina dishes.
"Isn't this too much?"
"You haven't eaten since yesterday yourself, right? Your body should be very hungry, so I made a meal that has the nutrition you need right now."
Erina actually felt that the cooking was still not much because Erina felt that Akasha would consume a lot of food to replenish the energy lost earlier especially since he had already experienced three Limit Breaks.
And as Erina expected, Akasha ate voraciously and it was even strange to see a child eating food for 5 adults.
Akasha continued to eat without stopping and after all the food on the table was gone, Akasha finally felt very full.
"Is it full already?"
Erina aired it with a slightly happy expression because it was the first time in her life that someone ate all the food she made and looked satisfied.
Akasha just nodded her head as if moving her body was getting tiring.
"After eating, you should take a shower first. You haven't showered since yesterday and a bath will help your mind relax a bit."
"Okay."
"Then I'll wait in the courtyard like yesterday."
Erina immediately left Akasha, Akasha went to get some seeds in the kitchen and returned to her room first to give seeds to the mornight bird as promised yesterday.
After finishing feeding the mornight birds, Akasha went to the bathroom and cleaned herself up and then soaked in the water to calm her mind with the cold water from nature directly.
While Akasha was bathing, Erina was writing something under a tree in the yard.
She was writing in a book that contained information about Akasha abnormal powers and the unique condition of his body.
Yesterday after taking Akasha to her room, Erina went to the library in the basement and searched for books related to Akasha powers and unique body condition.
Although the information about Akasha abnormal power still did not find any clues, but for Akasha body condition, Erina managed to find some useful information.
Some information is in 2 ancient books and 1 old book. The 2 ancient books date back to the Demon King era while the old book is almost 100 years old.
All the information from the three books, although they had different views, had something in common.
The owners of such extraordinary regeneration abilities were from races that had similarities to humans but had the extraordinary advantage that they were the developers of alchemists as well as most of the highly advanced ancient civilizations.
They possessed intelligence far beyond that of humans and ruled the world with great justice. They were the creatures closest to nature and loved by nature.
But their existence suddenly vanished completely without a trace and from then on humans took over their civilization. And so began the era of darkness, followed by the era of the Demon King.
That was the history of one of the ancient books Erina read and another ancient book explained a theory about them that was not in the ancient book but that also had similarities.
While the old book only mentioned a small thing.
(The lost ancient race?)
"Hahaha"
Erina couldn't help but laugh, she shouldn't believe that Akasha was an extinct ancient race but couldn't help but believe that Akasha might be an extinct ancient race or perhaps their descendant. After all, no matter how she looked Akasha body was that of a child and it was impossible for a living ancient race to have the appearance of a child.
"Adaptability, intelligence, unique body condition, loved by animals. All of that fits Akasha perfectly. It is certain that Akasha is related to the ancient race. But there is no explanation for Akasha abnormal powers, are they only Akasha can have?"
At first Erina thought that abnormal power was included in the characteristics of ancient races but it was not.
"Well, at least I got some useful information. But is Holo really an extinct ancient race? Or its descendants? Or is it just similar? But obviously it doesn't change that Akasha is currently my discipline."
Erina was determined to remain her master no matter what because Erina herself decided to become Akasha master.
After that Akasha appeared in new clothes and a fresher condition.
(But that appearance will also soon become dirty again.)
Erina just smiled wryly at what was about to happen in the future in front of Akasha face.
"Warm up and it's the same as yesterday but I'll give you an extra.
Just like yesterday, Akasha would do the contents of the exercises like yesterday but also added more and there were even some new exercises.
"Wait a minute master, if I do that every day. I will never continue practicing martial arts."
"...Akasha. Do you remember yesterday's sparring?"
"Yes, there's no way I can forget it."
"What caused you to lose?"
"Technique."
Akasha answered without hesitation because she could feel the superb technique in Erina movements back then.
"Wrong."
Akasha was surprised that the answer was wrong, Akasha was sure that the difference in technique was decisive but it was wrong.
"I only used basic moves."
"Then how did the master manage to do that so smoothly?"
"It's only because your moves are too slow that I can perform excellent moves even without doing any special moves."
"Is that possible?"
"It is possible, as long as they have good physique and experience. But these two things you don't have right now.
If you want to be a great mage you need to be able to fight without relying on magic alone but also non-magical fighting abilities such as weapons and martial arts.
Mastering those two things will make one better than most witches in the world.
But both of these things cannot be done without sufficient experience. Experience is gained from frequent sparring or direct combat. "
"Doesn't that mean I have to do more of both?"
"That will happen when you have enough body to do so.
In this world, there are knights who use weapons and others who use martial arts and even some who can do both.
What makes the difference between knights who use both ways of fighting and us witches is physical strength.
Even if we have the greatest technique, without a strong physique, even the strongest technique will lose against the weakest technique with a very strong physique.
If you understand that, then hurry up and do the exercises I have instructed you to do."
Akasha was a little upset at first but after listening to Erina explanation and thinking about Erina words, Akasha began to understand what Erina meant.
Then began the Akasha hell repetition session full of obstacles on the second day.
