Eternals.
That was the name that the babies gave themselves once adults, after the eighteen years of age their body stopped aging making them not only ageless but also always at the peak of their form.
After the first generation of tutors died the new borne generations forgot their mission and stopped taking care of the eternals, becoming their loyal subjects praising them as gods.
They began getting called Less, maybe as an insult for being inferior, mh maybe.
After the first hundred years some Less began detaching from the tribes lead by the Eternals forming theis owns.
Few even tried fighting the eternals, to no avail.
Any injuries that an Eternal gets vanish in a matter of second, even deadly attack can't kill one, not only that but the normal strenght of one Eternal can rival around one hundred young and strong Less, the fight was a lost cause from the start.
Even if superior in everything the Eternals lacked one thing that the Less had in abundance, and that was numbers.
In fact the Eternals lacked the ability to conceive children, while the number of Eternals around remained the same after one thousand years the number of Less sky-rocketed arriving at more than two million.
If not for the frequent wars made by the Eternals the numbers would have been even higher.
Amoung the many Eternals three took my attention more than the others, and the first was Coatl, an anomaly since far taller than the normal Eternal arriving at 2 meters and 45 centimetres, other than that he was also way stronger than a normal Eternal, a beast in human flesh.
The second was a woman, her name was Mare and she was way smarter than the others Eternals, she was the first to create weapon and also the first to found a kingdom.
The only thing that made me worry about her was her growing desire for the creation of an hybrid beetween a Less and an Eternal, something that should be theoretically impossible.
The last one was none other than my first creation that I personally called Saor, he was different from the others, while the others were learning to fight wild beasts he studied the stars,when the others started waging war at each other he stayed away from the wars, away from the fights, the only thing that seemed to matter to him were the sky.
At the year 1023 since the first Eternal was born the glorious age of the eternals began its sunset with the disappearance of the 76th Eternal.
