Chapter 14 - Dram Hideaway

Iguro grinned as he set into action. Kuroma was currently destabilized by the heat emanating from his fists, so he shot forward with a flaming fist and released a flurry of punches. With a flash, he appeared tens of meters away, and a spark flew rapidly towards Kuroma, hitting him squarely in the chest. Like an ignition had been lit, Kuroma's body became engulfed in flames, causing him to cry out loudy.

Idle Fury!

Spontaneously creating a fist move based off his movement technique, he lit up the lingering Qi Kuroma had been unable to resist.

Iguro's Yang Qi wasn't something anyone could resist.

His only consolation was that Iguro's flames burned hard before quickly snuffing out. If Kuroma had to withstand this type of pain for a long time, he was afraid not even his ashes would remain.

With gritted teeth, he grabbed the skeleton like figures passed out on the ground and shouted, "Good, good, very good! You have defeated me today, so I will not say much words. A tiger does not make noise unless it wants to attack!" He said hatefully as he quickly climbed the massive building, disappearing from sight.

Iguro sighed out in exasperation. Such a fight significantly drained him mentally and physically. He quickly left the charred scene and found himself a room in a hotel called Dream Hideaway, a four star hotel that featured a blend ofancient magic meeting cutting-edge technology, where luxurious amenities blended seamlessly with mystical wonders.

His room was denoted as a Mid tier suite, as he had used his remnant Superior Soul Crystals as a form of payment. He had a stay period of three days as he paid in forty Superior Soul Crystals. Dream Hideaway offered deluxe rooms, about four hundred square feet, king-sized beds, smart glass windows, personal AI assistants, and mini-bars with magical potions.

Moreso, it also possessed magical suites, about six hundred square feet, separate living areas, enchanted fireplaces, in-room spellcasting services, and exclusive lounge access. He even found some parts a bit unreasonable, with magical enhancements. Dreamweaver pillows, as they called it, enhanced sleep. Enchanted mirrors created augmented reality experiences. Magical energy shields helped with personal protection.

His brain hurt as he read the brochure that summarized the features of his permanent home, at least for the while. His eyes quickly bulged as he read about something called an Infinity Pool with gravity-defying water features.

The training centres possessed advanced fitness centers with AI-powered training. The more luxurious centers featured spas offering rejuvenating magical treatments. The culinary centers also featured restaurant serving cuisine infused with magical properties. This aspect greatly excited him, to say the least.

With all these features, he was a bit scared. What if the place got robbed one day?

As if sensing his worries, as he turned to the next page he spotted a full list of the hotel's security measures.

*Security*

- Advanced biometric scanning.

- AI-powered surveillance.

- High ranked cultivators protecting against unauthorized entry.

*Sustainability*

- Energy-harvesting architecture.

- Self-sustaining ecosystem.

- Waste-to-resource conversion.

With these resources, Iguro nodded in relief and admiration. Humanity had really progressed a lot. Most masses tended to ignore this fact as most people blindly focused on cultivation. This created an environment that seemed ancient when being described, but was actually a cutting-edge technological environment.

After finding out it was owned by the Universal Association, he rolled his eyes in a knowing manner, suddenly realizing.

Though the Universal Association sought to seamlessly mix innovation and magical mystery together, they were still separate entities, so how could blending them be so easy?

Take for example, his former city. It took technology to an amazing height, featuring city grade shields, custom weathers and such, but none had much traces of any magical elements added into them. This city might have incorporated the two to an amazing degree, but he was sure he would encounter societies that barely had a trace of high tech, or even places that possessed none of the above.

As Iguro fully immersed himself within the pleasures of Dream Hideaway, he failed to notice the rising undercurrents.

__________

Frustrated and humiliated by his defeat, Kuroma stormed into a luxurious room, where a fair skinned man with golden hair laid gently, quietly kneading a set of giant mounds pinned below him. The woman in question moaned sensually, boosting the fair man's morale, and his nether region began to bulge.

"Daichi you old codger!" Depressed, Kuroma instantly rained curses on the fair man as soon as he walked in, startling the two. A moment later, Daichi chuckled and continued kneading the woman's bosoms below him.

[AU: Um....for those of us who don't know...the...the....deep valleys are....you know....female chest region....cough!]

Vusibly aroused, Kuroma angrily cursed, but silently stood in the same spot, watching the two moan in pleasure for about five minutes.

Walking towards the enraged Kuroma in nothing but underwear, he lightly pressed onto the other's burly frame and flashed a seductive smile very similar to a woman. Shuddering, Kuroma hurriedly distanced himself, nearly causing Daichi to fall over.

As he eyed Kuroma while pouting, he said dismissively, "Why have you come to pester me?"

"I need your help to get revenge."

"Oh? Who's tail did you step on this time?" Daichi faintly smiled as he fiddled with his wrists.

"Excuse me?!" Kuroma angrily retorted, "I only wanted to speak amicably, but the arrogant whelp poured soda all over my face and beat my men up."

Daichi nearly couldn't hold back his laughter, causing Kuroma to frown. Suddenly remembering something, he said dismissively, "He also called the second lieutenant of the Blood Apes Gang a slut."

With that, Daichi's eyes turned bloodshot, and he waved him away, only saying a few words, "Wait for me."

With a happy skip, Kuroma exited the room.

Instantly, Daichi's expression changed to that of severe pain, longing and sorrow, and he stood there motionless for a few moments.

"Come on dear....it's late. Don't worry so much." With rose-scented perfumes filling his nose, Daichi faintly relaxed, and passionately ravaged his lover, with moaning and sensual sounds ensuing.
