As more alcohol arrived to the table, the dwarf quickly took one bottle drinking it all in just a second.
"Aren't you a priest?" asked the confused Theo.
The dwarf looked up at him with a drunk smile as he spoke, "T-T-Th-a-at's r-r-ight!" he slumped down once more as Yuni took the drinks.
"Are you gonna take you one?" Theo looked over to Aralia who was eating a massive fried head of a quake wyvern.
Her voice muffled as she replied, "No need."
Sticky was just asleep on Yuni's lap as Theo took a sip of his beer. Out of nowhere a muscular half orc walked past slapping the head of Volhcard.
He then started to mock him, "Would you look at that, aintcha the priest who fucked that daughter of a noble?"
Theo looked over and grabbed the half orc's hand as he stood up only to be chest level.
"Alright, I don't know what's going but that's just rude hitting a person's head." Theo stared at the half orc with a sense of fury and command.
The half orc shoved Theo away before replying, "You don't know do ya?"
Theo glanced over at Volhcard who was still drunk but had a guilty look on his face as he saw ball his hands into a fist.
"What did he do exactly?" Theo asked while he crossed his arms.
Soon after the half orc got close towards Theo, leaning close to the point their noses touched.
"That fucking priest, forced himself upon a noble's daughter, and there's a lot of evidence. So much for a priest eh."
the half orc explained with a mocking grin as Volhcard felt more guilty even clenching his fists so hard they started to bleed.
Aralia walked over to the orc, and punched him sending him across the entrance before speaking with a mad look, "Judging by the look of this priest, that evidence is probably fake, and the fact that his God hadn't left him yet proves it!"
Yuni, and Theo held themselves from laughing as they looked at the half orc slowly standing.
"You damn bitch!" he roared out as he went for a punch, but Jae placed her foot in front of him letting him trip.
One of his pals, another half orc rushed towards Jae but was knocked out by Theo who chuckled.
"We take care of our friends here, ain't that right Yuni?" he said before glancing over his shoulder at Yuni.
"It's Yumi not Yuni, but sure." she stood up and went over to the half orc.
She took out her dagger and placed near the half orc's throat as she gave him a death stare before speaking coldly, "Look here, we don't want problems so leave."
She said the last part when she sliced his cheek leaving a small cut on it. The half orc stood up and left with his crew before shouting, "This isn't done, bitch!"
Theo walked over to Volhcard and pat his shoulders, he looked up at Volhcard and asked his voice shaking, "Why'd you defend me?"
Theo simply replied with a toothy grin, "Because I can feel the divinity from you."
Volhcard smiles softly to himself realizing he had met a group of people that finally accepted him.
A few hours later, they walked out of the tavern towards a church that had broken windows, and had paint all over it with graffiti mocking Volhcard.
Looking at the horrible sight: Yuni, Theo, Jae, Sticky, and Aralia looked at with pity before Volhcard broke their plane of thought by opening the doors with a wide grin.
"It may not look much on the outside, but on the inside its great." he let them all in before entering himself.
Inside the church was only something that could be described with two words, divine and clean. All the walls had paintings of the Glorious Life, from the many paintings of different scholars and priests.
"If youre wondering where the others are, I'm the only one." he said in a melancholic but somewhat hopeful tone.
Everyone was just in awe at the many decorations, and how cleaned the inside of the church was. Theo walked over to Volhcard with an amazed look, "This place it's magnificent."
Volhcard chuckling before walking over to the room behind him as the group followed him in. They entered an office area to see a skeleton draped in a purple robe holding on to a wooden staff with a dragon's heart enclosed in the staff.
"Welcome my student, and these are?" the skeleton spoke in a dignified deep voice.
"These are adventurers seeking for you master." Volhcard bowed before speaking.
The skeleton walked over to Yuni and placed his hand on her right shoulder as he reads her thoughts. All of them knew already this was going to happen so they allowed the skeleton to read her mind.
"Yuni Crossbell, daughter of Geralt Crossbell and Talia Crossbell, the famed Lord Commander of Kroma... If you seek Volantis then head to the City of Crime, Cerrix." he spoke before pointing to Sticky, "And you slime I feel it, you are connected to that malignant monster."
Yuni confused just tried understanding what the skeleton had said before he spoke once again, "Aldir awaits for you all in Cerrix so tread carefully."
That one name... Aldir. Hearing that name caused Theo, and Jae to get into a panic attack which caused Yuni to grab her dagger and aim it towards the skeleton.
"What did you do?" she asked as he got closer, but before she could get any closer. The mage snapped his fingers turning her into a mouse.
"Theo Valdez, Son of Darwin Valdez and Alyanna Valdez, Prince of the Keseon Islands... Jae Flintwick, Daughter of Robert Flintwick and Renee Flintwick, a poor girl who was experimented on thus becoming a shapeshifter."
"If any of you want to reach Cerrix, tread careful to the Mountains of Gondor, and remember that a Elder Quake Dragon lives within the mountain, watch over them student.." the skeleton finished explaining and snapped his fingers once more turning Yuni back to normal.
All of them were suddenly teleported outside the church as all of them tried to collect their thoughts of the information they just gained.
