Sasha stood in Edmund's chambers, her face set in a rare frown as she folded her arms across her chest.
Edmund was standing by the window, gazing out at the palace grounds with a determined look etched on his face.
"I'm telling you, Edmund," Sasha said sternly, "you shouldn't go back to the Weeping Spider's area in the Forbidden Forest. It's too dangerous, especially without the drug to dampen your senses."
Edmund turned away from the window to face her as his golden eyes blazed with resolve. "I have to get it done, Sasha. I don't have time to wait any longer."
She sighed while rubbing her temples. "Look, if you're set on doing this, at least promise me you'll wait until I come to get you this evening. We can go together."
Edmund chuckled softly with a hint of frustration in his voice. "Sasha, you're human. You're more liable to danger than I am. If things go south, you'll be the one in trouble."
Sasha's eyes narrowed. "Promise me, Edmund."
