----

"The Eighth Round!

First Match!

Yami Marco

VS

Nayto Igdua!"

Yami Marco and Nayto Igdua walked towards the center of the arena.

Yami Marco was holding his wooden katana in his hand, while Nayto Igdua is holding a heavy sword type wooden sword.

Yami Marco is from a medium sized clan of the kingdom, While Nayto Igdua is from a small clan. Each clans has different type of swordsmanship, which was why Nayto Igdua has a heavy wooden sword!

"Bow! Ready!!

Start!!!"

The both of them took their stances.

*Swoosh!!!

Then both of them charged at each other!

*Bang!

Igdua had the upper hand in the exchange, while Marco is a bit taller than Igdua, Igdua has more pronounced muscles.

Their clan was famous for their strong physiques. They have their secret technique of physical training.

It was said that their clan was from a martial arts family from a long time ago when swordsmanship wasn't as rampant as it was now.

Although most people have become swordsmen, having a strong physique is still an advantage and this helped their clan survive until today's swordsmen era.

*Bang!

*Bang!

With each exchange, Marco was being pushed back!

His hand would tremble everytime their swords collide.

'Damn! I can't continue this head on fight! Tsk! I guess I still have to rely on my Blood Sword Power!'

As Marco thought so, he back up and retreated a few distance away from Igdua.

"You are vey strong, but I can't really lose this time, so sorry but I will have to use my Blood sword power!"

"Haha! Good! Come!"

Like a war monger, Igdua took on the challenge and readied his wooden Heavy sword!

Their clan might be small and their sword style may be rough, but for effectiveness? Only the Hanzo clan can out perform them in this aspect!

Their overwhelming strength made it so that anyone that fights them head on would almost certainly lose!

They are even sometimes said that they are a forgotten clan from the Durandal Kingdom! Because the way they fight and their swords and sword styles are identical, especially so in the way of using brute strength!

*Swoosh!

Marco dashed towards Igdua.

"Hahha! Come!"

Igdua stood in his place as he waited for Marco's Blood Sword Power to take effect!

*Swoosh!

But he only saw a sharp and precise slash towards his face!

Igdua dodge and looked at his right side!

"...."

Then nothing!

He only saw darkness!!

"Shit!"

Igdua cursed as he was fooled!

He thought that Marco would use his clan's Blood Sword Power directly but it seems like he made some calculations and added some feints in his attacks, then use it as a surprise!

*Bang!

Igdua was struck in his left side, he looked at that side and saw nothing!

*Bang!

This time his back was struck!

"Haarrghh!!"

Igdua shouted as he swung his sword towards his back!

*Swoosh!

But this time he saw the darkness once again!

*Bang!

Igdua knelt as Marco struck the back of his knees.

"Haah! Haah! Haah!"

Marco and Igdua panted.

Marco had his wooden katan pointed at Igdua's throat.

"Winner! Yami Marco!"

"Tsk! Blood Sword Power : Curse Sight, huh?! Being able to cover your opponent's sight with nothing but darkness!

As a person that could only attack head on, Igdua was doomed to lose from the start! Hmmp!"

At the arena, Herald commented as he watched.

"Well, It's a tricky power, but with us knowing what they would do, it is basically useless against us."

Karma also commented and was talking as if hinting to Herald that he can't lose to Marco in terms of eye prowess.

"I understand dad!"

Herald obviously nodded at his father's words, but still looked nonchalant as he waited for his match.

*End Of Chapter.
