The sun was warm and bright as Ellen and Helga sat in Helga's backyard, sipping on iced tea. Ellen took a sip of her iced tea, savoring the coolness. "You have a really nice house, Helga," she said, looking around with admiration.
Helga smiled warmly. "Thank you, Ellen. Yours is lovely too."
They both fell silent for a moment, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Ellen felt totally at ease, but there was also a curiosity nagging at her. Then Helga decided to break the silence.
"By the way, last night I went by your house, but you weren't there," Helga said casually, taking another sip of her tea.
Ellen nodded. "Oh, yeah. Mason and I went to my father's house and stayed the night there."
Helga's eyes widened with interest. "That sounds nice. How was it?"
