Chapter 31 - The Duel

Knights proceed.

Sir Fregan was on a horse looking towards Lord Irish, I walked straight towards him and stood next to Fregan, many of the onlookers, mostly nobles are talking about me, booing me, jeering or laughing.

-Boy, your horse?

-I don't have one and I don't know how to ride either.

Fregan couldn't help but laugh.

-Gran can't ride a horse,' - Fregan shouted.

That caused almost all the spectators to burst out laughing at me.

Fregan got off his horse, motioned for a groom to come to him and handed him the horse.

-I'd feel bad if I finished you off in a second just Gran, so consider yourself lucky I won't be fighting with my mount.

-Then don't be sorry Sir.

He merely gave a mocking shake of his head.

-Anything to say before the duel? - Said the priest who was announcing the duel in the stands.
