"You can't compete, maybe in the future. Dream on," he says to Master Sheng. Master Sheng, in half a daze, broke a talisman in his hand.
A series of sounds boomed in the entire pavilion. The sound was filled with noise and was completely unpleasant to the ears.
"My great-uncle will come and will not spare you an inch; you will be dead meat." He said as he laughed malevolently, Have a cracky head.
Suddenly, a buzzing, alarming, golden, shimmering aura rose in the sky like an unparalleled immortal descending on earth. The golden shimmering aura possessed an extremely powerful effect; the onlookers almost fainted. In between the aftermath and confusion, Master Sheng screamed, "This peasant pays his respect to Great Uncle."
The man standing afar from the pavilion gate landed on earth and walked forth into the pavilion.
His gaze was intimidating, and the silence increased the aura of his fear striking personality. "God bless you, my child. Tell me who did this to my nephew." He extended his arm and pushed a strand of Qi towards Master Sheng; he began to recover, and his serious injuries slowly and eventually healed from Qi aura.
The original golden qi of this man owned a medicinal effect. Who might know? Heavens has its own paths to guide people.
He had a grown white beard with a white moustache, and his robes were white and clean, with a golden aura revolving around his body.
He even looked younger in white. No wrinkles, no skin damage—all thanks to his Qi sessions.
Currently, no one in the pavilion was daring to answer. Suddenly a chill voice arose, and everyone's gaze turned towards him.
"This... this young bastard did it." Master Sheng barked, pointing his finger at Luo; his beginning respectful personality turned right three sixty degrees into a villainous young master.
He knew he was no match for Luo; he might have even been crippled from injuries some moments ago.
True, fear turns ant into Giga Chad.
"I apologise to your Sheng Dong," Luo said calmly, although his usual chanting was stopped. He was scared in his heart seeing a powerful expert. But in deep he knew this old man living in him would definitely help him either escape or fast escape this situation.
'There is no chance I can leave any scar on him,' he thought, giving a calm expression as his gaze loomed around the strong dragon standing before him.
Everyone in the pavilion was frozen in fear. Suddenly, the man who earlier boasted Sheng Dong tried to slip from this chaos. He reached the door of the pavilion.
Triple-layered Qi energy appeared, blocking the door. "No one can leave without my permission. You dare slip away. Don't you know my name? It's Sheng Mu!" He laughed with menace.
On the other side, Luo saw an old man emerging on his shoulder.
"Why are you appearing now?" Luo said, whispering, as he saw the old man his onmy backer. "Don't worry; other than people with divine sense spanning over micro-level, no one can sense me," the old man replied. "What is this micro level?" he asked. "Leave it; listen, you don't fight him," the old man said. "Do you really think I will fight him?" Luo said as he faced the old man.
The old man scratched his head and said while disappearing, "I am giving you a perfect escape technique."
Suddenly an array of divine visuals captured his mind. Rapidly several incarnations tapped in his mind. 'Grade Speed.' Don't go on its name.
Other scene,
"Don't you know this pavilion is owned by Dan Sect?" the boaster quickly replied in his defence.
Stimulating the Sheng Mu. He raised his finger and shot a dual-layered Qi blast.
Two perfect holes appeared in between his chest, and blood drew out. His corpse fell on the ground, and he died!
"Dare speak before me, little ant," he said angrily, revealing he was quite short-tempered.
He again laughed until he saw everyone who had formerly been frozen in dead silence and fear suddenly begin to make weird expressions.
He gazed at them and saw straight; he saw an array of Qi shot from Luo's hand, blinding everyone. This was one of Grade Speed's effects before escaping a blinding light no one can cure before 5 secs.
Speed increases by nearly four times normally, and stamina propels to several more times. Currently this technique was just at its base level; it was not perfected.
As some moments passed, the blinding effect finally was erased.
They only saw a broken three-layered Qi. "Hah! This perky bastard I should have used five layers of Qi. I underestimated him," he said angrily. His enemy had escaped, and he couldn't do anything, and at that, he was at a very low rank than him.
This was a disrespect for him. A boy no older than a teenager has escaped an adept and experienced cultivator. Surely this matter will bring shame to the Sheng family and will become a matter to give baseless opinions upon by locals.
He gritted his teeth, and the scene changed.
...
Forest, Near city
Luo again found himself in the very likely forest he left twice before. First time escaping from Qin Academy and secondly, when killing the demonic creature.
He regulated his breath and breathed a sigh of relief. The fear lingered in his heart as he sat near a large tree. Several bushes surrounded it from all sides.
"These bushes can be dangerous and poisonous," his master said, emerging from Luo's shoulder.
"Hey old man, can you tell me how I can further temper my Qi into powerful spiritual energy?" he asked the old man. The old man's eyelids twitched as if sensing something like a loss.
Suddenly a smirk appeared on Luo's face. His heart throbbing, now elevated to a state of calmness.
"How about you help me, old man?" he asked the master. "Of course, my disciple, I can help you, but there is a small problem I would like to tell you," he said.
"What problem?" Luo gazed at the old man's yellow form flickering, made from pure Qi.
"It's just that if I help you transform your Qi from a weaker to a more evolved stage, it might hurt your Invisible Dao Heart, the ego behind your success. Simply said, it might hurt your foundation, making further breakthroughs harder or developing rare heart demons. He explained the small hurdle in the way of his path.
"I mean—" Suddenly a large voice rang in his mind. As he looked around, he saw a little wolf-type creature with a little blackening aura engulfing him.
"Nya~," his voice was cute, yet his appearance looked like a demonic beast.
Instantaneously, he began to charge towards a tree near the near Luo sat.
Luo followed him while the yellow form of his master disappeared, disassociating his Qi from reality.
When they approached the tree a jade palm away from Luo, the tree was fluorescent. Greenish light escaped from its trunk.
"Is it a secret... realm? Maybe if I enter, I can obtain one in a hundred-time appearing artefact; also, I can escape that tyrant who is going to kill me if I don't escape him." He said talking about Sheng Mu.
...
What will happen? Will he escape from Sheng Mu, a peak Qi condensation period cultivator?
