Chapter 63 - Family

Ignis's eyes blazed with molten fury as she surveyed the devastation around her. The lifeless bodies of her people, the shattered homes, the suffocating silence – it was all too much to bear.

She clenched her fists, feeling the flames within her roar to life.

Unlike before, when her fire had been muted and subdued, now it raged with unrestrained power.

Ignis was no mere spirit, bound by the constraints of the physical world.

She was a first-generation spirit, a being of pure elemental essence.

As long as the spark of fire still flickered, somewhere in the world, Ignis could not be extinguished.

Her form may have been reduced to ashes, but her spirit endured, indestructible and unyielding.

With a soundless scream of anguish, Ignis unleashed a torrent of flames, the intensity of which scorched the very earth.

The ruins around her glowed with an angry, crimson light, as if the world itself was burning in her grief.
