Seeing that if he input the speed of light constant from Earth into every variable of the wave function, Yoriichi would get "it's smaller on the outside" as the result of the password for the Doctor's multiversal fractal computer, he chuckled to himself.
Noticing the reference to medieval Clara, which breaks the behavioral pattern experienced when encountering the TARDIS for the first time, Yoriichi instead said the classic line, "But it's bigger on the inside."
Realizing that he was not alone anymore—that someone else out there could exist on the same timescale as him—he let out a breath of relief. Even after their deaths, they still cared about his well-being and, more broadly, about civilization as a whole.
Although their final act of desperation, resulting in Ciri being their test subject, might be considered evil in the broader sense—given that their minds may be tested repeatedly through infinity—he could relate to that experience.
Because he can't imagine the deep level of pain it feels like to be trapped within a singularity for eons, unable to make discoveries or even interact with the physical world, through multiple heat deaths of the universe and repeated Big Bangs.
And not only that, the level of anguish from watching their different iterations of creations fail to advance scientifically to reach the Planck Scale and pass on the mantle of singularity, hoping that just one of them would be able to take on the weight of duty, but instead seeing them avoid those responsibilities and treat the physics like a plague, leading to an increasingly backward situation where no one can break free from the constraints of religious slothfulness, is an agony that Yoriichi cannot even fathom.
Even with all that prejudice reducing the probability of someone taking up the mantle, which culminated in the physical manifestation of this world's moral ambiguity, the two Doctors still managed to hold on to their sanity. They did not plunge the world into destruction by killing themselves and everyone else.
Instead, they devised an elaborate plan to ensure their own deaths rather than destroying the world and its inhabitants along with them. Although Ciri might not like it, considering their perspective and the fact that their minds were slipping into insanity, Yoriichi can sympathize with their actions.
Sighing as he pondered the reasons behind their actions through quantum computing, he wiped the sweat from his forehead caused by his earlier emotional state and made a promise to himself.
Even though he did not want to become a singularity like the Doctor, as he still wanted to play, he would at least become a guide for the world they had worked so hard to protect. There might be hiccups along the way since he does not possess omniscience, but he did not want to tarnish their selfless act of preserving this multiverse as a whole.
Taking the Sonic Screwdrivers, which have blue round crystals on top, Yoriichi took a deep breath before activating them and resonating them with his consciousness wave functions, particularly the one responsible for the energy inside his body.
After a few minutes of listening to the acoustic waves vibrating through the air, he finally found the answer and chuckled at the simplicity of the solution, though it would have been a daunting proposition without the tool to accomplish it.
He realized that the physical manifestation of the two Doctors' universal truth is still Einstein's general relativity. The only thing that is changing is the speed of light constant, which he will never be able to calculate again since his Transparent World cannot see photon movement.
Additionally, the wave function of every particle, which has already become an extension of the Schrödinger equation, is something he would also never be able to determine without a hadron particle collider, as his Transparent World is already being nerfed at higher levels.
Seeing that his eyes have become dull and recognizing that, in terms of biology or digital model advancements, progress is always restrained by linear progression, he sighed in disappointment. This is why he preferred to be a normal human, that can hack the system to reach any level they want by understanding underlying principles, rather than following step-by-step digital advancements.
But seeing that the Eleventh Doctor entertained the idea of magic in this world, which initially seemed like it could hack the system because it draws from Chaos to create unimaginable things, but is instead just another form of linear progression that can easily be destroyed when faced with higher energy forms, he decided to acknowledge and respect the Eleventh Doctor's idea for this multiverse.
And because of that, he chose not to remove any magical abilities in order to create a world similar to his Earth when he later accessed the fractal computer. Maybe, by combining linear progression, which is Chaos, and quantum progression, which is Order, they hoped to create something new that would accelerate the advancement of civilization.
Instead of progressing through linear increments, where anyone must slowly advance step by step toward the highest level, or by quantum leaps, which require patience to understand the underlying principles before achieving the highest level instantly, this Order and Chaos schematic of advancement created by the Doctor aimed for exponential growth.
In this model, numbers increase larger and larger through multiplication factorials. This means that a single breakthrough from anyone unfamiliar with this world could advance them to a 16-bit number.
Not only that, the next step would not be a 32-bit number but could potentially leap instantly to 256-bit to follow the linear progress. The step after that might not be 512-bit but could jump to 65,536-bit, and so on, creating the illusion of infinity from the relationship between these two progressions.
Feeling his heart pounding with excitement at the glimpse of infinity, even though it was an illusion, Yoriichi suddenly had an epiphany. He realized that maybe, just maybe, this multiverse could become a hub connecting different multiverses together, bringing together all kinds of mythological figures, fantasy characters, religious beliefs, science fiction, mythological beasts, historical fiction, urban fantasy, dystopian cyberpunk, interstellar travel, political fiction, magical western and everything else he could imagine.
Realizing that he might have judged too quickly the potential for linear progression to intersect with quantum progression and had become a single-minded dimwit, Yoriichi suddenly felt ashamed, seeing that he was too focused on the idea of quantum supremacy. He was embarrassed that someone from a world rich in ideas did not see the bigger picture as clearly as the two Doctors did.
Shaking his head to clear distracting thoughts and taking a deep breath to calm his excitement, Yoriichi finally realizes the daunting task of the Doctor's vision for future civilization, which will be too big for him to handle alone.
Taking the Eleven's screwdriver and carefully placing it on the left side of his nagagi kimono, he then breathed in the atoms to advance himself to a 16-bit minus one level or 65,536 level. Feeling the singularity all around him, he bowed ninety degrees to nowhere in particular since he could not physically see where their dead equations were.
"Ten, Eleven, I, Richard, Yoriichi, and Felix will do everything we can to ensure your visions come true. Please bless us from your afterlife. And it's okay; you don't need to worry about us. We will be all right from now on. You two can rest now."
Feeling the world slowly turning dim, with the universe running like a cold, clogged machine, Yoriichi, as a quantum entity capable of touching the emotional aspects of mathematical equations, wiped away his tears. Having the impression that the physics of this world were no longer beautiful, he shook his head, somehow knowing that this is what happens when the Designer of their world dies completely.
Releasing all the energy and extra atoms inside his body to lower himself to level 2 on the integer scale, Yoriichi turned around, wanting to convene a meeting with the representative of another multiverse to share this duty and burden together.
